Great review. I purchased the Pro a few weeks back before a 6 hour flight. Like you, I set mine up prior to my flight. I had no problem syncing them with my Bose headphones and it worked perfectly. Totally agree with your pros and cons. We also used it in our rental for the week for music and nav; worked great. Appreciate your review.
If I use one of these with my Bose Qc2 earbuds for I flight movies, will I get latency? The Bose don't have low latency codecs apparently, so, what's the situation?
Great review! Does this airfly pro work with airpods pro gen 2? I read on Twelve South and Apple Store websites that it does but I saw many users on Mac forums, flyertalk and reddit saying that it connects fine but doesn't produce any sounds on the airpods pro 2. I'm asking because I own airpods pro gen 2 and thinking of buying this for travel use.
I haven't been able to test that specific set up but not sure why it wouldn't work. Might be worth trying it out prior to your trip or getting in touch with Twelve South to confirm any specific concerns.
IMPORTANT This product AirFly Pro does not with my many headsets (like H95). You would hear a static cracking noise. The manufacturer is not doing much about it.
Yooo those earphones are very needed ..finally something suitable mainly for planes ! Thank God .I've never hear of this before .thank you for the review
Hiya nice video.. Unfortunately ive never seen a single jack on many airlines i travel with worldwide. It's a two pin jack. You should explain this to buy separately. Its no use buying this get on the plane then find you need to use a two pin adapter. Thanks for your time and effort. John
Thanks for sharing information about the airfly pro. Hopefully we don't forget to leave these on the plane 😅 all in all, another banger video from you!
@3:53 you are using your fancy expensive and modern hundred dollar listening device at Turkish Airline Economy Class, while your neighbors are using the cheap, out dated legacy one dollar Turkish Airline headsets, this made my day. LOL Nice review though... 🤣
Nice review. The holiday season is coming soon so lots of people, including myself, will travel and see their relatives and take some time off. Hopefully, ill purchase one
Not an apple fan. Seems like a lot of work just to use them. I bought The Soundcore Q 45 space overear headphones. . Typical Apple. That's way i am and will always be an android user.
I did use and test on planes? But if you wanted me to record the entire video with that cabin noise, I don't think anyone's ears would have appreciated all the background.

Thanks very much for the feedback!
The white one does have tx and rx labeled
How’s the lag latency on this?
I have one question most of international flights use 2 or 3 pins on their entertainment system so how can I plug in my airfly which has only one pin.
There's usually an adapter in the box but if not, a 2-pin to 1-pin adapter is inexpensive and easy to find.
@@foXnoMad It works?
Does this work for samsung galaxy earbuds?????
Great review of the air flight Pro mate will they work with Bose comfort quiet 45 and any JBL Bluetooth Bluetooth headphones as well
Thanks. AirFly have the entire list of latest supported devices on their site but most newer Bose are on the list.
Does anyone know if this will work on a powered PA or party speaker?
Thanks for any answers 😀
I couldnt get it to connect to my airpods when i was on the plane i was so mad. Its not cheap
lol
flights normally has 2 pins, do you just insert into any of the 2 outlets?

There's always some degree of latency with any wireless connection but in my experience with the Bose QC2, nothing distracting or very obvious.
Nice review style. Rare to see a concise, non-frantic, non-overly-acted review without corny jokes

How can I control ANC on my AirPods Pro gen 2 when they’re connected to this?
Same controls - it's on the earbuds themselves and none of that interaction changes.
Hi, does the pro have volume adjustment? Cheers

What about some systems in the flight has 2 Aux ports, and plugging to a single one doesn't work.
It comes with an adapter.
I have a gaming headset with a usb-c dongle, can that plug into the airfly?
They should work with any Bluetooth headphones/earbuds.
Do this work with Jabra 85t?
Does the regular airfly work with airpods pro?
Thank you
Can you tell me would it work with the 3 prong plugs in business class ?
The two prong adapter should work.
@@foXnoMad will have to look for those.
Ours was actually a 3 prong

I get static with AirPods Pro 2
Very helpful. Thank you. Looking forward to using it on my next flight!

To AirFly Pro comes with an adapter.
Does it work if you plug in a usb c wired headphones into the usb c slot?
No, it's just for charging.
Buy a USB C to 3.5mm adapter cable. No need to go bluetooth.
Do it works with android
You can connect them with many different types of earbuds but not the phone directly - but check their site for your specific device.
great review.... subbed. 👍
Hi, can you connect two Airfly Pro with one to transmit and the other one to receive?
I haven't tried something like that. What's the goal?
@@foXnoMad To transmit the audio from a mixer or any source to a powered speaker that doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities.
Double-checked, here's the details I received: This setup could work as long as at least one AirFly is a Pro in receive mode.
@@foXnoMad Thanks

Don't wear Bluetooth Earbuds or Headphones when you're driving the car.
You could wear just one bud if you’re talking on the phone.
Great review. $55 is not really that pricey for what it does.
Great video 😊
Thank you!
Thanks
Welcome
Does anybody have a real review where they are actually using it in the plane? No reallife review.. everyone just does unboxing..
