I am living with intentionality which allows me to better enjoy life and be more relaxed, whimsical, appreciative of smaller things in my life bc ik I have been a responsible person and tackled a lot of the bigger issues in my life that are bothering me, or I am at least in progress towards accomplishing those goals/issues so I don't see a reason to worry.

Whilst practicing intention today, this metaphor came into my mind and I felt like sharing 🤗: Let’s imagine swimming in the sea of life🌊, our hands and feet are our willpower and intention is like a lifebuoy 🛟. Yes we can swim with a strong willpower but it’s possible we will get tired and we won’t be able to keep our direction and we can even sink in the long run. Anchoring our willpower in intention will make everything flow with more ease, we’ll be able to chose our direction as we move forward and we will have something to lean on when our willpower gets tired. 🌅 Thank you again Eyan for inspiring us all 🙏🏼😊
