Stop dog breeding. Please adopt a stray dog or a cat if you can. Avoid feeding strays without taking any further responsibility for them. Inform authorities about strays so that they can be vaccinated and neutered. I repsect gopinath much. And I love this program very much. INfact I was very much excited to see this topic in this program so that it would create an awareness. But the throughout the program the people who came in support of animals were humiliated by the other side with the support of Gopinath. What to do after all we are just HUMANS !!!
The whole purpose of the show is diverted and has become biased. Animal welfare activist did not drive home the point that their aim is to prevent cruelty to animals and not interfering with the livelihood of people who use animals for their living. On Gopinath's part he was biased and was questioning the intent of the animal welfare activities and also ridiculed them on a number of occasions in this show. Animal welfare activists could have put their points more clear, for example (in my view) A farmer can use his bullock for agriculture activities but at the same time, should not make the animal overwork,beyond its capabilities by beating or abusing it.

This episode is supposed to be an open discussion, yes there is a huge disconnect between the animal activists and agriculturists, but ridiculing a set of people to prove your point is not the right approah. You should try and be innovative and this should be mutually beneficial. It looks more like you trying to be elite by joining the agriculturists and mocking at others. i totatlly agree. I felt he was totally being biased although he seemed to give an explanation in the end why he was pressurizing the other side with such questions. The truth is now people would also feel animal activitist seem to have no idea about what they are doing and they are just wasting away time. Having been personally associated with an organisation and also having known people who actively took part in helping animals i would boldly say either they didn't know how to convey what they really do or they must have said but unfortunately that must have been edited out !!! i was really disappointed with the way he tried to portray these people!!!

totally disappointed!!! as a judge he should have not been biased and he totally lacked it this time. It was so sad to see how he tried to portray these people who actually work their arse off as "people who lack enough correct information about what they do" personally i feel the love they have to do this work is more than enough. they are trying to save a life and inspire people and not try to obtain a college degree. he has no idea how much of courage and strength one needs to do what they do cause believe me they are a minority and when they try to rescue dogs or cats they get belittled by the small minded people around them.
PS : he should have probably read more about them before judging their intentions

Animal welfare activists on this show aren't the right people for this debate. It will seem one sided, because animal welfare has been stereotyped into being passionate to animals. They are shown to be emotional fools, which is not always the case. They should have bought in more knowledgeable people.

So this bullshit about it being part of the culture and we have always eaten NV isn't valid anymore. Markets will change and farming techniques will change as per the people's needs.Its the question of damage control and following ethics.
