- Namaste, TVS has launched a new electric Scooter named X. This is an electric performance scooter and it is an all-new scooter with a 4.4 kWh battery pack and a motor with peak power of 11 kW.
The scooter is also loaded with various Tech features including a 10.2-inch screen that can do a lot of stuff along with displaying Scooter data.

Power- equals to OLA
Range - less than OLA
Looks - better than OlA
Touch screen - feature loaded but laggy
Space - Less than any scooter.
Price - Double than ola
A big mistake in my opinion not gonna sell much.
It will be just a show piece for TVS,

Very nicely done by TVS, at least i would like to praise the Indian Automobile Engineering and their efforts, this surely is going to appeal a limited no of masses but definitely a very antique product. Love to see the Indian Engineering going the leap beyond and than some... ✌🏻

Exactly. All those comparing this to Ola don’t realise it’s not meant for those who consider an Ola (practical and cost effective). This is as close s we can get to a true blue performance electric scooter.
Now do one thing launch this same scooter with an ice engine with 125/150 cc capacity and price it in between 1 to 1.25 lakh on the road. Atleast then people will think of buying it. Otherwise I dont see anyone buying it for that steep price mark. It's sales will not even cross 100 units per month. It may be a technology demonstration plan by TVS but ground reality check should not be ignored by companies.

Kodos to TVS for atleast design, it is beauty ,look like ducati or italian desiners involved to craft it. Perfect example that concept model can come to production. Very impressed with the way it looks and chassis frame used is all high class . ❤

TVS has a great design team
Price is definitely more but the package and tech in the Tvs X is just next level. Great features and it's definitely not for the masses but the ones who will have this won't regret either. One of the best products by tvs.

@@soorajyadav. Price jyada hai lekin definitely dikhne mein ola se acchi hai aur screen aur hardware bhi ola se kaafi acchi hai. Thodi laggy hai screen lekin woh software update mein sort hojayegi aaramse. Mere paas itna budget hoga toh definitely ola ke jagah mein yeh lunga.

@@kablekrishan1 Price capping is there. FAME2 subsidy is applicable to those EV 2-wheelers having an ex-showroom price of less than 1.5 lacs (after adding subsidy). OLA and Ather fall in this category. TVS X is crossing the 1.5 lac limit that's why they didn't get the subsidy.

But even the low-spec Scooty Pep costs around 76k on-road at least in my city.
You are correct many still prefer 50-60k scooters but in today's date, I think they can afford only Luna at this price point.
So, finally, Creon has come to life..... albeit with a shocker of a price!!
I would really love to see this design be developed as a new version of Ntorq line but as a Maxi Scooter. Kudos to the design but the price makes it more of a collectible item rather than a daily use.

Price can only be justified if the range was 270 km and tvs spend money in charging infrastructure. Like ather . But i am sure they wont do that . Government need to set a standard for charging

Initial impression: top notch quality… now TVS do one thing..remove the TVS logo and add BMW logo in it.. then sell it at 4 lac ex showroom price.. it will become a value for money Product instead of overpriced..
It nothing like RND product just assemble many tech feature with motor, battery, controller, build of scooter.

This scooter is definitely not for masses. This is only for enthusiasts, style purpose and attention seeker who loves to try new things and has lots of money. This is definitely a head turner. But they should launch for masses. I hope they will launch petrol varient with no nonsense gimmicky features so that people can buy it.
Tvs should do little modifications in this and should relaunch it in petrol version as maxi scooter in affordable price.
