Glad you guys finally addressed why this sponge in a cup is in the cool cure! I wish it didn't need to be constantly wet, cause some people like me want to go on vacation for several weeks, and the sponge maintenance schedule prevents us from a worry free vacation. Hopefully a revision makes the unit more self sustaining without the need for sponge maintenance.
@@surronzak8154 freddythefrog never said Grove bags were for drying! freddythefrog said “after the cure” -> Grove bags… OR just leave in my Cannatrol in paper bags… wonderful storage place for my smoke… keeps bud nice and sticky… water still needs to be checked every few days… Cheers, freddythefrog
What do you do with the cannabis you have stored in the Cannatrol when you need to put new stuff in it? How do you maintain what you already have while you dry new stuff.
Wenn fully Ready put in 100% sealed cure glasses and enjoy your Stuff. You can put the glasses in a normal icebox/fridge or somewhere dark and not to warm. It May Lose abit ove the time of openings but hey its for the consum 😂 its crazy how sirious we all about this plant 💚
yeah but it takes up valuable shelf space tho lmao . also maybe something you dont have to fill up as often. maybe a basin in the bottom kinda like a bread proofer pan? just some thoughts.
I think you’re jealous… lol… doubt it compares at all… Sounds like a recipe to dry too quickly. I’ve heard your combo debunked before… Cannatrol wouldn’t have to have patents and get away with charging such a premium price… ever use a Cannatrol mate? Where does your comparison knowledge come from? This dry, cure and store box is a game/life changer for me, cheers…
ever smelled a sponge that sat moist on the counter for a day or two? not rocket science. i could be wrong but I dont like the bovida packs either.. @@polandsgarden
U won't get any bacteria or mold in the cannatrol they explain that if u do it the way they say mold or bacteria cannot grow bcuz of a certain dry point... hence y u can store bud in em for up to 2 years. Using RO water or distilled pretty much eliminates that. U can also just rinse the sponge good everytime u put a new harvest in and let it dry for 24hrs cuz u don't need it the 1st 24hrs anyways and then soak it and put it in. Just common sense on how to be clean and be simple about it

And the answer is Grove bags.(after the cure that is)
@@freddythefrog Grove bags are not meant for drying

I’m sold !
I live in AZ in dry climate. Is default an appropriate setting the machine out here or can/should I set it to the 60/60??.
Can you put in 2 sponges or 3 ir would that cause an adverse effect?

How often do you have to wet the sponge?
This is just like an extra large humidor!
It's an OEM wine fridge with a hygrostat and a sponge
Definitely worth 3k

I love my wine cooler with a dehumidifyer and a AC infinity controler, achieves the same for a fraction of the price

yay bacteria and humidity vector. once the bud is dry remove it from the unit... derrrrrrr
Yikes what’s the cynicism for? Too cheap to afford one or does this come from an actual valid place

also youre welcome. thats probably a workaround.. using the bovida technology instead of the sponge..
@@CoPaVolvo gotcha, I interpreted the “derrrr” as malice. I agree, I didn’t think of that. Would this even happen with pure distilled water ?
