@@cloudidream9321 To be fair, Cartoonz knew the voice, but got the wrong RTS. (Command and Conquer instead of StarCraft)

It's quite sad knowing that most of these people (some who are at least twice my age) didn't recognize it, yet me, someone who is younger then Starcraft, recognizes it instantly and even has a mini debate on weather it's a Specter or a Ghost (its a Ghost, as I thought)
specters are like ghosts with extra steps
ghost 100%, phantoms don't exist in-game afaik and spectres can't do nuke, if they do their masks have a different structure and they're red

The closest C&C has to a phantom is Boris who can call in an airstrike. Could have worked for someone from the Wall.

I find it amusing that Two Left Thumbs was the only one to identify the Phantom as being a unit from Star Craft.
They were a quite expensive *super* unit for the Terran forces that acted as a stealth sniper and could use their scopes summon a nuke on a target in their sight as a special ability with a long cooldown, though you had to get another expensive upgrade to allow them to do so.
To up it a step further the only place nukes were housed and launched from are nuke silos. And in SC 1 that came from an attachment to a *Command Center*.

Starcraft 2, I believe. Though they could just be using 'Phantom' instead of 'Ghost'. Can't exactly recall it...

It is. StarCraft got unit called Ghost from Terran fraction. Long-ranged unit which can launch Nucler Bomb when it's prepared on a special building, after that there's goes 10 second delay after which one Nuke hits a target. Ghosts btw has a long enough range that allows them to be untouched by the explosion. They also have invisibility, which prevents enemy from destroying them without any detection.

@@criticalsht6653 YEAH its not fun anymore unlike before. I hate when voting without saying anything or using discord and play randoms without chatting leaving those randoms clueless. Well the game is good the only problem here is the "players"(including me and the whole team doing trolls once or twice a month well at least were not using mic if we are playing with randoms).

@@lowlife1368 It's Starcraft. The character that calls in the nuke looks exactly like a skin for the Ghost unit, who can call down nukes, snipe, and go invisible. Oh, and EMP round.

The Ghost is a Unit from StarCraft that comes equipped with a Scoped Sniper Rifle classified as a C-20A, which is a terran canister rifle used oftenly as a Sniper.
They possess Psionic Capabilities along with a Hostile Environment Suit that carries the ability to Cloak and leaves them invulnerable to the enemy unless they see the blur that the Ghost semi-visibly shows subtly, which gives them options such as targeting them manually with abilities, or get a Detector to reveal them so their units can open fire on them.
That is all you need to know besides their ability to use "Snipe" for extra damage along with the Nuke you've seen used in the video.

The ghost unit in SC, you can buy a nuke for ghost units to use, in which they will just sit still for a bit and then guide the nuke to the enemy and kill them all, dont really like it tho
