- Twins Amiri and Rahiem gained popularity after a video of them singing in a subway station went viral, and now they're on the Ellen stage to show off their amazing talents with a cover of The Beatles song "Eight Days a Week."

OMG! I saw this duo playing in NYC today and I literally told them they should be on TV with Dave Letterman etc. They were so cool and polite. They just smiled. Little did I know they already appeared on the Ellen show. LOL!

Im an older black male 63 who remembers The Beatles and they were always my favorite band. I loved The Supremes and Temptations too. But The Beatles were somthing totally new and original. Its nice to see black men doing somthing diffrent. Do I think Paul McCartney will get them a record contract? No... But they are young and could probably make a good living as a cover band if they added a lead guitarist and drummer. By the way that hofner bass had a beautiful tone. Im a bass player also.

This makes me so happy! The first time I heard them on the nyc subway I was literally moved to tears. They’re voices are angelic, I prayed they would get recognize because they’re are so good. They made everyone’s day on the train, they were so good that the passengers asked for 3 more songs. Good bless them! ❤️

The bass was actually too loud compared to the guitar but yeah, they sound great. Also needs good hands to sound like that. Hope to hear more of Blac Rabbit in the near future.

Their voice is amazing sounds but their voices sound more towards the remastered song being smooth and beautiful you can also hear Paul's voice really great because in the original album in vinyl format their voice have a higher pitch. But yet again an amazing vid!!

They have great"brother harmonies" but I hear more of an early Beegees sound to their singing and that is not a negative. They are not imitating The Beatles like a cover band.

I’ve seen their vids on TH-cam and I have nothing but respect for them promoting a genre of music that might not be what most people would expect them to play. I like how the guitarist has even adopted a bit of John’s signature stage moves. Anyone who keeps the music of The Beatles on the radar gets huge kudos from me because The Beatles were and are the Gold Standard.
