Hi, my doctor prescribed me digoxin but I am not taking it. I suffer from missed beats - sometimes my heart stops for even 3-5 seconds. I read the leaflet of the medicine and it says it will slow my heartbeat. I am afraid that this drug might kill me rather than help me. I don't know what to do.

Very well explained , I have Af ,they used digoxin to bring it down. Now am on diltiazem ,I see why.
