You can order laundry detergent sheets that are lighter and won’t leak. Perfect for small loads in the sink. There are plastic hangers like octopus arms that let you hang dry a lot in a small space and they come with clips already. I took a package to Mexico and they were quite useful.

Some folks are ultra sensitive to food smells, so unpeeling oranges or tangerines on a plane may be bothersome to some people, just sayin'. (When I travel by air or train I usually have to change seats whenever I smell oranges.)
I am not that sensitive to most food smells, but one time some man was sitting there eating a salad that reeked of garlic and the whole cabin smelled of garlic. I wanted to tell him how rude and obnoxious he was smelling up the cabin of garlic while we boarded.

@@MomDocTravels thanks! 😊 I was so glad to go carry-on only! I will be challenging myself to do that for future trips, and take one less outfit! Unfortunately, my carry-on roller suitcase was damaged on the return flight, a few inches crack near the telescoping handle ☹️...(I gate checked it as a courtesy because of a full flight. I may consider not doing that in the future!). My husband advised me to file a claim right away, and I left the airport with a brand new roller carry-on. 😁❤️🧳✈️☀️
