Basic Excel is enough just learn 2-3 important formulas like vlookup, hlookup, sumif etc from youtube. They didn’t ask me about excel in both the companies.

salary will be depending on your experience and your previous salary. I can’t say tough because they will train you in the process and there shouldn’t be any problem after that.

they get lots of CV’s on their portal and maybe your CV is not matching with the criteria for the opening. Better option is to get the walking interview.

Bro there are terms and conditions to refer in JLL, we can’t refer candidates randomly from social media as they pay us to refer for open positions but I will check with the team, I just joined JLL so I will have to understand the conditions.

I joined as a Sr. Finance Analyst in General Accounting which is similar to R2R

Finance Analyst is a designation and R2R is process.
There are different processes in JLL for finance analyst like AP,AR, General accounting

In my case it took 1 week to get the offer letter and if you are selected you can directly contact to the HR for any query.
