The verse is all about laws and that's why you have priest , Levites and Judges, These verses do not tell you to consult rabbis.

@@flyingcat7975 I’m not trying to argue, but I come from a Christian family and have listened to Rabbi Singer for hundreds of hours, and I’ve only ever heard him say, often explicitly, that his message is to have compassion upon Christians and to pity them for being lied to. I would agree that he has a harsh message for those he sees as deliberately lying or deceiving (Paul, Constantine, many church “fathers”) but I find his message for the overwhelming majority of ordinary Christians to be one of compassion. Why do you believe he is teaching dislike of Christians? I’m genuinely interested to know, because as I said I’ve listened to him for a long time and that totally isn’t the message I’ve taken from his teachings. To be honest, if I’d gotten that impression, I probably would have never begun listening to his teachings in earnest - it was only his message of extreme compassion that kept me listening.

"Gd is not a man that he should change his mind" is prose, and therefore literal.
"Gd is a man of war" is poetry, and therefore non-literal.
The first explains why Gd isn't fickle, and it's because he's *actually* not a man.
The second is a poetic description of Gd's destruction of the Egyptians in the sea, saying that he is *like* a man of war.
So simple.
Exodus 15.4 the word yesh is verb not noun.

Guys, I really need help to answer a question that has plagued me for many years. It has to do with am I Jewish or not. I can't understand why people don't see the Creative Force of the universe. Instead they continue to believe that this universal FORCE has become man. Don't people read history, not only the Bible/Tannak but the history of men in which war after wars, greed, hate, racism, bigotry, slavery, corruption, etc., etc.; continues on and on. The truth is that God is not a man but he did become one for 33 years. That is who we call Jesus Christ, he is God he came down to earth and dwelled among us. We have his words. The jews are blinded right now to their own messiah whom they killed and hanged him on a tree, so that through their stumbling salvation could come and be made available to the whole world and so us gentiles could be saved , and to prevoke the jews to jealously.

It sounds as if though this “Angel/Messenger” is capable of forgiving sins, but won’t or has not been given permission to or just won’t til he does want to.

In Isaiah 54:5 the Lord of hosts says that he shall be called the God of the whole earth. Think about that, he is saying he is not the God of the whole and wants to be. He thought he could become the God of the whole through marriage to my new Spirit whom he took at birth in marriage without our approval.
Just after my conception, I was placed as an equal with Heaven, and Hell was summoned to take up its place and meet me. My first Spirit called itself The Judge and was the Ancient of days, so my new Spirit is the infant of days in Isaiah.
These are the facts as I know them and I hadn't even read the Bible before this happened. I have been living the prophecies and I see the Bible from that point of view. What you don't seem to be aware of is that they are constantly talking to us through the things that happen on earth. Such as the destruction of the Twin Towers and the attack on the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Do you see the message being sent in that attack?
I was raised as a some what normal Christian, a Methodist, and believed what I was taught until my late teens. After reaching adulthood and starting to not accept everything because of faith, I had a lot of basic questions that no theologian could answer satisfactory. Like did everyone who lived before Jesus such as the Patriarchs, Moses and the Prophets have their souls cast into some eternal hell because Jesus hadn't arrived yet. Or what about the souls of people who died after Jesus and never heard of him , did they have their souls cast into eternal hell also. The answer was yes. Some said that Jesus went down to hell after he was executed and preached to the souls there so they could be saved. I realized this was total bull shite. To most of my questions that couldn't be answered I was told I had to accept things on faith. More bull shite. By the time I was 21 I had rejected everything Christianity was based on. The problem was I couldn't reject there is a Creator. I kept my rejection of Christianity to myself for years. I had only known a few Jews up till this time and had no understanding of what Judaism taught. I stumbled onto Judaism by accident and was intrigued by what it is and taught. Later I moved into a city with a large Jewish population and made friends with a lot of Jews. In those days there was no internet and I was not able to access the information I can today, such as the Noahide movement. My Jewish friends understood my dilemma and suggested I contacted some rabbis and explore converting. I went through a conversion according to halacha, even had a Briss at 26, and never regretted it. I don't recommend most people converting to Judaism today because of what's going on in the world but do recommend them becoming Noahides instead.
God is not a man of war. You knew He was coming. You thought His sword would slay your enemies and give you control of the world. But, His sword is his Word. God could only find 7000 Jews to reserve and cast the rest out for denying him. Even given the opportunity to uphold your covenant, you failed Him. Did you hear? God's regret was that he had to destroy the world of humans because of what was occurring. Not any regret that he had created humans.

Not really sure what you mean. The decision was made long before tovia came around. The Jewish people know how to interpret their Bible, it is their natural language just like English as your natural-born language, at least I'm assuming you are American or English was at least your first language

Jews are very confused about Christianity? Christians don't worship Jesus as a man, we worship him as a God? yes he did come ones as a man to die for us, but he remains a God, and the only God.
