That was an awesome class, Emma. As usual. I'd say that a very useful way to memorize phrasal verbs is by creating sentences that make sense to the person's life. By doing that, whenever you're speaking the examples you came up with earlier will pop up into your mind and that will make them stick.

These days I hung out with my friends, it was really nice I can see they look after me very well. I took over the dinner's planning, and we had an awesome time together. At the beginning it was necessary to put furniture away since we needed more space to settle everyone down. When we finished eating and talking everyone helped to clean up the table. Is it okay?

Last sunday, i hang out with my best friend and his wife. In spite of his wife had to look after his baby she came with us. My best friend had drunk a lot so he couldn't drive. Then, i took over the car and i had to drive to their home. When we arrived, i had to help his wife to clean up all the mess in the car and putting away the bottles of wine that he drank.

Actually I have some questions about get/got/got and get/got/gotten (in US I THINK) I don't remember that I've noticed it before (gotten, is somehow strange to hear) , second question is about subtle usage of English, things that we don't pay to much attention to when speaking or practicing our English : like using Gerund (ing even after "to") and something we use "ing" even when it is not a gerund , it might seem easy , but actually it is not at all, when speaking we mostly make mistakes without noticing that , so please make a video about subtlety in English , things that the majority of learners don't pay attention to . Hello ma'am, Please help me with this. There are lots of phrasal verbs that convey the meaning by itself. Eg come over. Its very plainly means invite someone to come home(come over for dinner). And in wash up for eg, it's implied that it is about doing the dishes( i cook for him, he must wash up) or cleaning hands(supper is about done, go wash up).1 What do you call these kind of phrasal verbs? 2 How to find more such phrasal verbs like this. Emma, I follow your classes such I follow the sun to get warm up my muscle, by far I carry on and working with my brain. My brain takes over my thought, and I am looking up to like an interesting teacher. Hello ma'am, Please help me with this. There are lots of phrasal verbs that convey the meaning by itself. Eg come over. Its very plainly means invite someone to come home(come over for dinner). And in wash up for eg, it's implied that it is about doing the dishes( i cook for him, he must wash up) or cleaning hands(supper is about done, go wash up).1 What do you call these kind of phrasal verbs? 2 How to find more such phrasal verbs like this.
