I put aluminum foil down then take thin sliced yellow potatoes seasoned for a bed then take my trout seasoned with what ever you want lay on top of potatoes then add Thinly sliced onions and zesty Italian dressing wrap it up.put on grill at 350 for 15 minutes it's amazing. always good to do grouper this way to

roll the fish in bread crumbs,cracker crumbs,or panko. then just dab w cold whipped garlic jalapeno butter. it will bake up crispy

My dad told me one time he was wade fishing at ship island and a big black tip shark came to the surface of the water circling him and was looking up at him with his eye he said he pulled the stringer off his belt loop and got out 🤣
