Liael being so surprisingly SB heavy was one of my existing gripes for the deck, in fact the festival 2024 cycler （the G2 searcher) has a SB cost made me go "Ughhhh" . I like that the deck isn't too CB heavy but now we have to watch out for Soul every time does feel pretty tiring (meaning I have to be careful when to use her RRR and RR's skill).
Maybe the upcoming Keter RRR G1 (the cover card of festival collection 2024) and dual nation G2 can help? Let's see on next Thursday then

Liael being a Gear Chronicle in lore made me wonder if they ever considered making a true dual nation boss unit. Like, imagine playing Amorta=Liael in either KS or DS, and use each nation's respective specific KS/DS support and, ofc, their own generics.
would probably be hell to balance or release support for, which is why they won't do it...unless?

Based on the new lore tidbit(it came after I finish the vid). She was an Angel Feather unit that didnt survive the war and was revived by GC and Rezael and for a short while she became a GC unit and eventually returned to Keter so possibly??

I mean she is technically an AF unit in lore so.... and tbh not really? unless you run like one set of main atker, otherwise the deck loop enough for that to not be a problem

Liael being withheld for as long as she was kinda told me she was going to be underwhelming honestly, and I was right she was very underwhelming.
For clarification she was and is underwhelming for me, as I do not feel inspired or impressed by her skills at all😈 her skills are nothing new or original no flair no creativity just bland blank cardboard 👻 seriously I need to stop hoping bushy will be creative with any of their card designs because I’m probably just going to be disappointed…..

Am I the only one who feels the cards were actually more different had more varieties and had more unique skills in the older game🤔 then what we currently have in this ( new and updated version)

Ah thanks for the clarification I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels that way🥰 and streamlined is an excellent way to phrase things🤔 I’ll go back to playing my old school silver thorn deck for now I guess…. At least I have Shaman king and bang dream to play in standard 😉 they are at least unique and different from a lot of things I’m seeing in the current era of the game.
Will continue to fallow your content however as I appreciate your views and thoughts 🥰
And on the topic of unique mechanics I dearly appreciate my Japanese monster strike decks💕💕 just sad English never got the sets
