This course is more for the people who already know the basics of coding. For that, I think Traversy Media's Html Crash course would be good (I personally watched that first, then I am here.) I m easily able to now understand everything, unlike many of the people in the comments complaining.

Anyways, if you are still planning to start programming, Traversy Media is a great channel. HTML crash course, then CSS crash course and so on, will teach you all basics as an absolute beginner.

HTML is a markup language, and CSS is a stylesheet language, not a programming language.
