Once you have that complete assembly out, you would have to take it apart and remove that key cylinder. Sorry didn't record that part for the video, I just recorded how to remove the door actuator

Hi, I think you will still have to remove the inner door panel. Can't say for sure as I don't have one of this vehicles available to double check
