- I haven't had a Wall's pasty/flatbread for yonks so I thought I'd get involved with one today...

There's always loads of these reduced to 10p at night in my local shop, now I know why!
10p is ok for something to chuck out for the crows :)
I remember as a kid loving Walls sausages, wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole now. Same goes for their various pastry rolls. Still like their soft ice cream though.
Indeed a shame about their sausages as I liked them too, we used to have a tub of that ice cream in the freezer in the top of the fridge sometimes, well nice.

Wow!... That was actually quite shocking Papp... Could you imagine sharing one of these with someone... And they got the empty half of this garbage looking Wall's Sweet Chilli Chicken Flat Bread... 😮 I would rather grab myself a Cornish Pasty from The Pound Bakery... Than eat that monstrosity... 🤢 I wouldn't accept one of these if you actually paid me... 0/10... What a rip-off my friend... I'll definitely stay well away from this product Papp... Good Morning Papparoni, another very honest review here of this Walls product ! Certainly one to swerve - Walls have ears and other unsavoury animal parts - they have certainly gone downhill over the past few years ! have a great Monday Mate :-)

Walls are living off past "glories" I think, back in the 70s before we knew any different we all ate their sausages.
Nowadays I swerve all their products, their sausage rolls are tasteless and probably the worst on the market.
They need to step their game up or I can see their brand going extinct.
Not only are they tasteless but full of rubbish as well mate, and I know what you mean regarding their sausage rolls.
Oh dear Paps I had that feeling that this wasn't going to be very good so I think I shall definitely pass, they should just stick to their slices and pasties as they're actually really decent, especially the slices!

I know it's only a £1 but that's a joke still a £1 is a £1 I'd expect more from a big company like Walls.

i always find those type of things to be the same, minimal filling, and what is there is bland and very shy of meat! Very much like a Gregg's sausage roll lol

Oh dear, i would have thought that walls would have done better than this and maybe could have shoved a sausage in there too. I'm thinking that it's all about producing a much bigger range of things these days, aimed at todays generation that don't seem to have the appreciation of foods that we liked, in favour of quick food fix. Still, better than the bugs coming to a shop or two soon 😮

@@Papparoni Definitely. Cholula original hot sauce and Cholula chipotle hot sauce my favourites . Both available in Tesco's and Asda . It's produced in Mexico and it's only a couple of quid 👊💯
Got some Cholula, and Frank's in, and have a new one today which I might review, Louisiana brand hot sauce, got it from the American section of Budgens ;)
Walls used to be a really nice brand i used to love there sausages. There sausage rolls are terrible aswell. Oh well another one for the bin

Walls have gone down hill in recent years even the sausages are not very nice anymore . They use to be my fav at one time
They certainly have Maurice, I've noticed the sausage thing too.
The filling is definitely a bit lop sided and the bread is horrible. Wall's products are not great despite the company being around for years so no surprises there.
Indeed they've had since 1786 to please our taste buds, but not with this thing.

That is shocking you should return it to the company for a full refund I never buy there stuff I had one of the pork pies once and threw it away it was just a piece of lard covered in pastry.
I could've done Ladd only the P+P would've cancelled the effort, and it surprises me not that your pork pie was that bad, as are their sausage rolls, Wall's have let us down.
I tried one of these and it was horrendous as well, complete waste of a pound.

Not worth a £ or two pounds of crap or Beethoven's piano concerto 2 in B flat. Phill Collins 'In the air tonight' would've been more appropriate.
