I'm glad to enjoyed it 😊 We feel so lucky to have such a beautiful city on our doorstep. If Mark & I have a day off we love wandering the streets of Norwich 😊
That was lovely to wander round the old part of the city with you. When I worked at Fakenham college we took the students to visit that little church amongst others
Wow I can't Believe the prices of old stuff in Britain so expensive.I live in Australia and have picked up beautiful stuff for next to nothng and our dollar is half the price of a pound.
What sort of sink base are you looking for ? I dont go to Norwich often nowadays, glad Jarrolds have put the 's' back on😅. Kings Lynn is nearer to us, and it's beautiful too 😊
Ideally we are looking for a Victorian pine cupboard which we can put a Belfast sink onto but because of the nature of our freestanding kitchen, we can be flexible. It all depends what we find 😊 Exploring Kings Lynn is on my list. I've heard the old part is meant to be beautiful.
@@elegantlyknackeredstyleHave you tried Holt Antiques and Interiors on Thornage Road, they have some good furniture bits, the prices vary due to the seller, but it may be worth a little trip if you haven't already been.
@@elegantlyknackeredstyle 😅 haha, small world, I'll think of you when I'm mooching in West Norfolk and if I see anything will let you know, sometimes you find stuff in unexpected places 😉
I find selecting music such a difficult task. I believe in later videos I have switched over to mostly instrumental. Creating videos is a tremendous learning curve 😬
Looses is a veritable treasure trove! It makes me want to take a trip to Norwich myself soon. Great blog and beautifully filmed as always. Thank you 😊

What a beautiful city! I enjoy a wander as well, especially in a place I've not visited before.
It really is! Thanks for visiting it with me.

Those are my kind of shops.
Mine too! There's so much to look at 😊
@@elegantlyknackeredstyleand you don't have to walk miles even in the bigger shops.
Very true

It is a beautiful city 😍
Come antiquing with me in the beautiful city of Norwich! Let me know if you spotted anything which caught your eye. There's so much to see.
Any relation to actress Mollie Sugden?
@@craft-o-matic399 Not to my knowledge.
I SO need to go to Looses! You've inspired me now, it's definitely worth a drive there - that fairground stuff is right up my street too!
Next meet up could be in Norfolk?
Dangerous idea but a good one...🤩@@elegantlyknackeredstyle

Yes, prices have definitely shot up plus old stuff is getting harder to find.

@@hopesprings7812 that would be amazing. Thank you
Looses is on Magdalen Street, not on Elm Hill
I don't believe I said it was on Elm Hill, I said I was taking a detour on the way to Looses. I think you misunderstood.
Just discovered your channel. Please can you tell me what the great jazz music is at beginning?
It's called Vintage Dream by Mathilda June.
I absolutely love your videos, but I wonder if you could switch out your music sometimes- maybe some nice instrumental music instead of that vocal.

@@elegantlyknackeredstyle yes it is hard, but you are doing a great job!
