MUS Learning Lab: Funding Insights from Successful Programs and Partnerships

Midwest Urban Strategies and the Early Childhood Workforce Connector shared strategies to fund early childhood education Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs. We were joined by program sponsors and employers who were already running successful RA programs. Together, we uncovered how they’ve secured resources, tackled ongoing challenges, and developed effective funding strategies. This 90-minute conversation provided practical advice about where resources can be found, how to use partnerships as leverage, and the importance of looking beyond your “usual suspects” to fund your program.
