So inspiring. I gave up running seriously in my 40s, now turned 60 and have ramped up my running.cycling and want to do a 70.3. I like the do something every day advice, i have been told to do least 2 days strength training
Thank you for checking out the video. I highly recommend using a triathlon trainer or training group. You will learn the ton and you can get a full workout. I'm not an expert (but there are several and I'd be happy to connect you) but you'll focus mostly on the disciplines varying workout length and how you 'brick' them. A brick puts together swim/bike or bike/run etc. Start shorter duration then build up. Super excited for you. It will be a rewarding experience and you'll learn a ton. Cheers, Tim email us halflifet.5@gmail.com if you'd like us to connect you to a trainer.
Hi Triathleteuk - I've talked with Dale about that exact thing. For him - he just keeps on competing. This last year he went to the 70.3 Ironman worlds for his age group. He has no immediate plans to slow down. Quite an inspiration.
BEAST and HERO
couldn't agree with you more. Dale is a STUD!

Way to go Dale!!! Can you give a shout out to my friend Dave Thomas? I'm about to send him this link because I know he will be inspired!!
Nice! Go Dave Thomas -- If Dale can do it -- so can you!
