I did not crack the spine! I folded back the front and back covers. It's so tightly bound, it's hard to read the pages on the left! LOL xox

Mugwort is so good, I like the idea of infusing it in oil. I ingest it as tea when I need to! It tastes pretty grim 😂. Loved your advice at the end!
