I'm glad this is yours and we'll see what you do to it
Big step up from waterbox, love the power control section.
Agreed.
Water Box do have some nice looking tanks along with Cade 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Both good options hence us having one of each at the Salisbury store. Cam
Better review than the official Waterbox video! Waterbox says it's possible to move the power center from right to left. How hard/easy is it to do that?
Love the production quality guys, really raising the bar!
FANTASTIC video! Great work.
We will be doing a whole series on this tank as we set it up as the SPS display at our new store😊 Cam
nice dimensions on it, glad to see more manufacturers going past the the 24" width limit that many seem to have done so much in the past, such that anything bigger was often seen as "custom"
Agreed. The height in the cabinet is good too. Cam
Cam, sounds like you need some hot green tea! Great video as always just be sure you are taking care of yourself!
Thanks Doug, I was just getting over a cold when we filmed but am 100% now. Cam
Dimensions rock ! Cade me up, but they did exactly what I wanted. I so wish they would do this for their frag ones too.
Gorgeous tank and sump.
It’s going to make an excellent display tank for the new shop. Cam
That's a good looking tank. Unusually deep... I like it!
Exactly, the dimensions are great. Cam
Great video!!I think They took a lot of ideas from the cade tanks
Yeah, they should have called it the Waterbox Cade LX
Sounding a bit groggy! Look after yourself during these crazy times! Great video as always
Just coming off a head-cold, or was that a hangover?…
Such a great tank - I was surprised when you said "hinges" - thought they would have used magnets for sure. Would like to see sock inserts but that section could be used as a fuge. It is VERY CADE like - love the dimensions - I'd like to somehow make the overflow so the water is like 15cm lower. Must have missed the announcement on the new store - congrats! Hopefully the setup goes well - would LOVE to visit but it's looking like I wont be able to get back for the next 5 years
Now I am going to check out that tank for my next build ;) Can't wait to see what you do instead of a fuge.
The Salisbury sea box!
Awesome tank 😍
Agreed😊
Looks great Cam. Fantastic stand but the only thing I don't love is the hand holes in the side panels. Might have to order one if my Blue Tang keeps growing. 😆
I’m definitely curious about the holes in the side panel. I think they will divide opinions. Cam
Love these tanks, I think they're slick, a bit more solid than the like of Red Sea?. Wish Cade would ship to the EU though, I think they're tanks are perfect! very smart solutions.
Cade are great, probably available in the EU at some time soon…
Can the sump slide out from a side panel access? Like to swap with a Geo sump.
hey mate, great vid! I have the 270.6, and am trying to install the cabinet doors, but I"m having trouble since there is no guide that is provided..
I think it’s just attach the hinges to the door and then to the cabinet. I moved the sump out of the way so I could get in with the drill but otherwise I don’t think there’s anything more to it. Cam
Cam always wondered why they use magnets for easy access on side panel but use old school (rust bucket) hinges on the doors, maybe a future upgrade?
The side panels with magnets have the hole cut into them for easy removal. My guess is that hinges are used because they’re more discreet to give a clean look to the front. There’s definitely a market for a better solution to the rusty hinge problem. Cam
Bit of vaseline does the trick
Hinges like that are available in stainless steel. I have been looking at some to replace my rusty ones. Just need to make sure that the screws, pins etc are stainless too
@@gap9992 yeah. I would think that these new tanks would come with stainless hinges though.
@@gap9992 thank you
Do you guys have magnetic frag rocks in stock?
Not at the moment sorry.
Do you know when you will have them in stock again?
Sal's tank or Archers tank...
When’s the next update?
couple weeks! we have made some good progress though!
@@GalleryAquaticaTV thanks, looking forward to it!
Salisbury Hill
Possibly.
Waterbox vs Cade! The war has begun lol
Oh man don’t say that. They’re both good options, and we’re going to have both at the Salisbury store. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV It is good to have battles, we end up with better products in the end.
Wide Load Tank
Definitely an appropriate title!
Have you been out raving? Sounding a little 🐴 😀
I was wondering if anyone would notice. I was just getting over a cold and I almost totally lost my voice the day before filming😩
I have never understood why manufacturers make the ato reservoir the same height as the sump, why not make it twice the height and therefore twice the volume?? Easy just to pump the RO into the reservoir.
Cam your voice finally breaking :P
Lol, I always wanted a deep manly voice😂
I am glad you have more hair again, not that is any of my business.
I’ll be able to tie it up in a little man-bun soon😉
Salisbury Reef tank 🤷♂️
Yeah, that’s about where I’m at with the title. Cam
You sound unwell.
Very astute observation. I was at the end of a cold and had lost my voice the day before. Cam
@@GalleryAquaticaTV hope you are well now. Take care.
