As always thank you for sharing and taking the time to vlog. I think you have done an amazing job or resizing. You have moved from a big family home into an apartment you have definitely had to get rid of a lot of things. I love the sculptures.
You are so welcome! The sculptures are just here for a couple of months but then one is bought to keep - at least that's what happened last year. It so nice having them around.
Love the sunrise views. You guys are doing well settling in. Thanks for sharing with us ❤
You came a long way in just one week! You’d mentioned your plan to return to the rental the first weekend to pick up the items you left there. Just wondering if you filmed that? One last goodbye to your home in the tree tops? The sculptures on the dock are very nice and unexpected. The little roped off swimming area there is also great. I remember a previous video, months before you moved, when you were there and lots of kids were playing. Are dogs allowed to swim there? As for open shelving, the area across from the end of the kitchen bench, where you have the boxes as you are unpacking them and the chair and small bookcase ( 24:11 ), maybe it’s for a small dining table? And, perhaps you could hang a couple of floating shelves there for some open display space?
Kevin ended up going back to the rental by himself, so no video sadly. The sculptures are just here for a few months but they seem to buy one each year so are gradually adding permanent ones. No, dogs aren't allowed the kids beach sadly. We'll find them a good beach when we get back from our trip. I think there is one about 15mins drive away. We will get a small expandable table to go again the wall I think and put some shelving up near the TV so we display a few items that we really love.
Did you see where parts of Tennessee and North Carolina flooded?
Hi Libby, the new place is looking good. Where did you get the under-sink drawers? I think I need something like that in my pantry. Have an awesome day. Sara

@@LibbyWithnall Thank you
Love that we have no decor on shelves, walls or anywhere. Libby your box’s and stuff will still be there your Mum is priority. You will be very sorry not making her priority. Your stuff is not priority. I could own nothing in this world and penniless and as long as I have Ron , Mum and my brother I am rich.
@@annebrown-it4kd well said❤
I do know that Patty. There isn't a lot I can do for my Mum at the moment. her depression is severe and she spends most days in bed. Kevin and the pups are my top priority which means looking after the them and our new house. It's hard because I also have to look after myself (with my fibro).
