The pier jetty has been fixed and is open now. Good spot for pompano, mackerel, and snook. The Merry Pier on the other side of the island is closed for repairs. Also a good spot for snook, snapper and sheepshead. The small piers nearby are open thought for those who want to fish the intracoastal.
Sorry about the hook in the finger. Had to hurt. You guys really had a great time, excluding the finger of course. Really enjoyed your music selection. Good stuff.
I have seen where you put fishing around the hook. Press down on the shank of the hook so the hole opens larger than the barb and snatch it out. Ummm just like you all did. Good job.
We crushed it that day! 💪
All thanks to the Pompano Professor!
Can you share the location?
I absolutely love the land based content!
I’ll try to do more of it 👍
Fellow Tampa fisherman here, hope to see y'all out there some time! 10/10 pompano bite. Awesome stuff!

I need that in my life lol. Nice video! Where can I find those pompano jigs?
Where is that jetty?
How did you get that hook out with string? I couldn’t tell from the video what you did
Hard to explain in text, but if you watch Chad hoover videos, he's got a video demonstrating and explaining it.
Do you still sell your long sleeve t shirts?
Are they finally fixing the jetty? ill be there sat n sun lol i was actually surf fishing on the beach next to it Saturday just whitening caught
Looked like they were actively fixing it up while we we're there
What time of the day is the best time the pompano runs?
Whenever there’s a good moving tide
I know exactly where that spot is. I hope they're still biting in may when i go home to visit...cuz i mean...
They should still be there in May 👍
Which jetty is this?
All the way at the end of of pass-a-grille beach near st. Pete
Getting hooked is the TH-cam fishing content creator right of passage. 😢
You're not really a fishing TH-camr until you get hooked 😅.
I've officially made it 😂
I thought I heard you guys say 13 inches. I thought the regulations were here were 11 inches to the inside of the fork.
Kalian luar biasa👍🎉
W collab, take thonny on the boat?
We’ve already got one boat day and another land based day that we’ve filmed together that’ll be posting in the next week or two

Heard people caught them there this morning!
@@SeeYaDude Everytime I go just a ton of snapper did y’all just use pompano jigs
Yup, just casting pompano jigs out in the current
Dam I wanted to see how you got the hook out….but I couldn’t watch.🤮 guess I’ll try again later 👍🏻
It definitely wasn't fun, but honesty it wasn't too bad
Love your videos.. but Thonny? Come on man.. You don't need Thonny.
