I have just run a half marathon in PrimeX strung and I almost reached my PB. Their instability didnt bother me and the energy return is unique. Iam thinking about running a marathon in them! Nice video!

I knew you’d like them, your review of the Adios Pro 3 came out a week before I bought my pair. I had the Prime X to train in but rolled over a few times, so we the Strung came out I hoped they had the stability of the Adios Pro 3, & not quite but much better than the original Prime X. I really like them, hopefully a pb at York park run tomorrow 😎💪🏾

@@FordyRuns Mate... I fell short by 54 seconds, but there was a bottle neck at the start unless you went off the tarmac into the mud, so didn't get up to race pace for nearly 2 minutes but once up and running the shoe's cruised along nicely and you're right once you're on your toes you can shift. i'll give it another crack next week. All the best sir & kep up the great work

There an incredible shoe. They way they ‘make’ you run, isn’t uncomfortable or unnatural. The form shout you make a minute in is very correct. However once you’ve focused into the run, it quickly becomes standardised, and the shoe performs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would you run a Marathon in them? I'm really torn between the Prime X and Alphafly for Boston this year, really enjoying the training in the Prime X.

@@edrios3668 it’s possible if you have good form. I’d worry about myself personally at 18 miles plus. It’s very high up 🤣.. alpha fly kind of makes me run a certain consistent way and I love them, so I’d always still choose alphafly.

Yup they're a great shoe, did a marathon in with just 10 miles on them, granted I'm very used to prime x shoes but it shows how good they are.
Yes the wobbly nature shows more as the mileage went up, but the last few miles was all off camber, which would upset most shoes.

Great vid! Just curious, does the Prime X Strung with the over pronation do you feel your inner midfoot putting pressure on the inside of the shoe? I tried them on in the store and just felt my inner foot hanging over the edge of the inner midfoot and I have a mild/moderate over pronation

Yep I saw you a few times, how did you find stability, I ran in my alphafly’s and ankles took beating being so twisty.

I wore them here deliberately because of the nature of the course and they were honestly fine I was really surprised

Does this upper make the shoe more "estable"? I mean, do you feel your feet more secure than in the celermesh 2.0, fixing all or some of the instability prob or is it the same? I watched a review in which they stated that this upper fixed it...

Lovely shoe, but wide footers beware - not wide and not forgiving in terms of give.
