Elias Thomas pro presenter is probably the best place to get on the production team I started off doing that and then I’m on the worship team and now I’m starting to do camera stuff and sometimes shadowing the mixer (I know what everything does I just suck and mixing)
@@mathewstudios2410 I started out just fading the stage lights in and out when I was 8 (I was in the sound booth because my dad was a sound guy) and then I started shadowing the person who ran pro presenter. And now I am 12 and I am in charge of all the sound, lights, and pro presenter in the kids church (K-5). And in kids church I am also the assistant kids worship leader.

I love the insight, but i have a question; how do you make them stay after training them? is it salary or making them close as family? or other way to make them continue as the key member to your team? we always struggle to keep the talents in our company.
Great question. I have been on teams for about 18 years. I think what works is helping people feel loved, and valued. If the person just feels like a cog in a wheel, they are not going to stay. We have to treat them like fellow, loved believers, first and foremost. This means meeting with them, getting to know them, praying with and for the. Second, people need to understand the value of their work. If you have the stats, show them how many people watch online. Show them clips of the great work they are doing, and why it added to the experience.
