I just ordered it thanks for posting didn't know it was on sale. I also thought The canopy was a sticker I didn't know it was actually a guy in there that's pretty awesome
Thank you. This really is our favorite UMX plane. We usually have more room, but that section of the driveway is going making the landing space a lot shorter. Still a ton a fun. We stayed out there after the video, putting 4 more batteries through it.
Nice flying and filming guys im really enjoying your videos I look forward to every Thurs see what you guys are going to fly. I was wondering if you were flying the umx air tractor in safe mode in your driveway front yard? Your friend Marty from Canada 🇨🇦 🛩 🛩
We are not apposed to safe mode. It was what brought us back into the hobby and helped us to learn to fly again, but now a days we rarely use it. If it's available on a plane, we have set to a switch, but really only use it if we're in serious trouble. On this flight, it wasn't used because we have flown the air tractor before in the past. Just not this one. I know a ton of people hate safe mode, but use it if you need it. This is a dying hobby, and we feel anything helps to make people comfortable in flying and getting people into the hobby. Cheers.
My guess is E-Flite is discontinuing the air tractor in the UMX model. Don’t know why, but my guess. So I had to have one. Parts will exist. Sale ends on the 30th. Grab one and add it to your hanger people…
What is it about the UMX Tractor that you like/prefer over the UMX Timber EVO? I've got both but with only about 5 flights on my bought-on sale Tractor. Ps. Was all the flying done with takeoff flaps deployed?
I believe I did have the take-off flaps on the whole time, so I can fly it slower in the yard. We own the umx timber as well. We love the way this one looks in the air, how it handles, and landing. We fly it at night a lot, and it looks absolutely beautiful. We're not trying to do anything fancy with this one. It just flies and looks awesome.
Not true. My radio was on, in the case. I had it setup ready to go but I put it in the case when we were positioning everything for filming. Not sure if you can tell, I do not like putting my transmitter on the ground. When I set it down for a second, I hesitated. Also, for some reason, I have to remind the plane every time. Not sure what that's about.
Also, it was brand new in the box. Would have made no differences if the transmitter was on or off. It's not bound to anything at that point anyway. Remember, we'll be giving lessons just like this one, every Thursday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. 😀
What an awesome month of sales from tower/horizon/eflite. Great sales!!! Bought one myself. The air tractor is one of UMX’s best planes.

Wait until you fly it. We truly love this thing.
Love that plane. Great job guys. Small place to fly. Very fun.

love this plane,i prefer the smaller planes 👍👍👍😀😀
Incredible Flying and good landings in your home small landing field with your E-flite UMX Air Tractor Jarrod 😊💯🛩👍
Thanks 👍
Such a fun little plane
nice!
Thanks brothers ... the crop duster is pretty cool .
Funny video thanks for it :-D I love its look but it seems quite tame. Does it have a fast roll rate? My favorites are the Pitts and mini Draco.
I wouldn't say fat roll. This is a really gentle flyer. It has some speed to it, but flies so beautifully.
The camera guy did great IMHO
Please. Don't boost his ego. I hear it enough from him.

That's exactly what we were afraid of. What a shame.
Speaking of timber, when you guys getting the wooden timber? now that one I just might consider getting.
The balsa timber does seem pretty cool. I wouldn't mind having it.

Thank you bill. I do my best lol. Happy flying
Put an apple air tag on it, helps find it
That's a great idea. Especially flying in the yards because there are wooded areas that if you lose control it's very hard to find
yeah I agree, electric foam planes belong to stay at home ,not at rc club fields
No need for electric planes. A real man flies gas or nitro
@@adam2brothers a hobbyist fly's gas or glow and balsa, kids fly toy foam Eletric planes
should stick to planes he can fly.. maybe a glider?
We agree. This guy sucks.
He's a joke. I think he should get into knitting
Try it on 4s/300😁🤪
oh my goodness you plugged in the plane before you had your radio on. how blasphemous of can you be?
