I remember when farmers would feed you lunch here in Delaware go into the kitchen of the old farm house and set down and eat a meal prepared from a wood fired cast-iron cook stove the best food ever 😊😊😊❤ thanks guys
From dawn to dusk and beyond, farmers work is never done. And oh how I appreciate all farmers because I love to eat! I'm still trying to learn because I wasn't raised on a farm but my grandparents were. And I so well remember with one set of grandparents, there was only one combine for the "community" and when it was their turn to have it in their fields, I went with my Mother down to the Old Home Place (as we call it in the South) and I helped cook for the "thrashers"! Oh, how times have changed and thank goodness it has! Thanks again Tracy for another different view of the sunset!
I still wonder HOW we got the harvest done back in the mid 60's with the "BIG GUNS" a Gleaner with enclosed cab ,16' header. Todays equipment is amazing !
Awesome scenery along the river, reminds me combining alongside the upper Danube river with a New Holland 8070, near a village called Inzigkofen Long long time ago…
Brilliant! I drove a cart for a week in Scotland in 1993. Damp would often stop us. we were getting 5 to 6 ton an acre in wheat. when I came to Australia, I told a friend and he said they were lucky to get 7 bags. Not as nutrient rich as UK, but they had the space. Could take hours to get round one run in a paddock. I'd love to see and do this some day, beautiful scenery and camera work.
beautiful scenery, such relaxing soundtrack music whilst watching these giant machines at work. thank you so much for sharing harvest time in Montana, all the way from the wet Uk please keep up the lovely work
Tracy another day another great video you guys are moving some grain everyday that is some amazing equipment that your crew has amassed something to see such beautiful country and as always nice sunset thanks for the ride I will see you tomorrow
I love wheat and cereal harvest. Growing up as a kid going out to moms side of family out in South Dakota for month of July. Got to combine and drive the grain cart. Before sun up and we'll after sun down... Great memories. Wish I could stop what I'm doing and go do that.. it's always hard work but it's ALOT easier when it's something you love!! Great video... bless your harvest..
This is the 2nd year I’ve watched your channel this year is much better than last. Y’all are enjoying what you’re doing but with out the stress of worrying about the stress of running a business at the same time. ❤
THANK YOU so much for posting these. I grew up just on the other side of those mountains, sure is good to catch a daily glimpse of them even if it is from the "wrong" side!
John Deere heard how good the New Holland was and decided they better have twin rotors too( 50 years later). We're running the smaller X9 1000 this fall . 40 ft flex head ,12 row chopping corn head.
The sunsets are amazing-- --sunrise doesn't look too bad either. Jim, your 4 wheeler ride isn't as much as the X9-- ‐-was kinda hard to say what that monster cost wasn't it! GREAT VIDEO
A beautiful beautiful part of the World up there, Gods own country by the look of it, as you had an X9 you may as well have said that you six machines on the go.
Traci, Jim… I’m along for the journey. This one, in particular, is wonderful. Really liking the aerial distant segments. Remembering all of the “one bar towns” we experienced back in ‘13 or so. ❤️
This is an absolutely beautiful video, very enjoyable, awe inspiring. Magnificent, Thank you. I have watched several years, this maybe the best one ever.
This brings back memories of Big Sky country . I did a bunch of corn planting and harvesting along the Missouri River in the Reservation in Wolfe Point into The lake Peck Valley . Gorgeous views along the river valley . Dang that was an experience driving through that deep draw to get into the next field . Great job guys as you thresh that wheat .
As usual you continue to amaze , just when I think it can’t possibly get better “ WhamO “ you do it . Those are nice machines , takes a lot of wheat to pay for them whether leased , rented or owned . Thanks again Tracy to you and Jim for taking us all along on this journey .
Thanks for sharing Tracy... Really thinking I'm gonna add joining a harvest crew too my bucket list.Last combine I drove was a 8820 Deere in 1988.. been driving truck ever since... keep the great video coming...Thanks again.
I just discovered your channel & I love it! Your drone pictures are the absolute best. The scenery in Montana is stunning. You are blessed to be able to work in such beautiful country...God's magnificent creation! You are the 3rd custom harvesting channel I now follow. Brings back so many memories of small town farming in Indiana back in the 60's. Stay safe & thanks!❤
Tracy, yes I remember you mentioning in a previous video the drone footage credit was due to Katie. She does a very amazing job. I truly appreciate and look forward to your videos.
I'm absolutely amazed at the scale and methods of western agriculture. Sure wish I'd had impressive scenery like this when I was growing up and driving a combine for my dad down here in the southeast way back in the late 70s and early 80s. And wider headers than the 21' ones on his Case 1660s and 1665s. Great drone footage of the landscape contrasts!
Thoroughly enjoy your journey. We would like to know how many acres are on that farm. In all the endless horizon in the sea of wheat. Will you be doing any other farms
No, we won’t be helping anywhere else. To get a better idea of what’s changed in our life, you might want to watch this video. th-cam.com/video/xWDxXQsOuDI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=uvZ5G0Gmj_p0Ug5z I honestly don’t know how many acres they farm. A lot. I really have no reason to know this number. And if I did, out of respect for them, I wouldn’t share.
Catching up on your videos. Been at the beach for a week. Pretty cool I pulled up Carter, Montana on Google Maps and then was able to figure out which field on the other side of the river you were in by your drone footage.
Maybe come close to 1/4 the bushels they’re getting here in SW Alberta, we were lucky for rains as well, most guys are looking 5-10bu/ac. If we could do a 35bu average we would be ecstatic, haven’t had a crop in 7 years up here
Tracy, how does the experience compare with what you had done for so long? Such as stress and being an employee and not the machine owners. And how many acres does this farmer have in grain? I apoligize for all the questions but I never seen things like this before from south central Mn. And what is the distance in miles from one end of the cropland to the other for this farmer? Thank you Tracy for another wonderful video!!
Your office has the best view in the world. No matter what colour it is. Thank you.
Oh my ×9's. That's sweet. Million a machine...50ft heads...must have loads of acres.
Your garden is truly a work of art
I could sit there all day with a couple of beers & a packed lunch admiring that beautiful view & the river in the back ground.
It is very nice, isn’t it!!!’
Loving the John Deere content. Color of America. Green means go. You seem so much happier.
I remember when farmers would feed you lunch here in Delaware go into the kitchen of the old farm house and set down and eat a meal prepared from a wood fired cast-iron cook stove the best food ever 😊😊😊❤ thanks guys
Great memories! Thanks for sharing.
This is truly a farm-to-table experience.
👍🏻
Wow, that is some beautiful country.Thumbs up to the drone shots!

It’s a different world now. Thank you for sharing your memories!
Carter Montana is the home of Lonus Wigger works champion rifle shooter and Olympic medalist I believe.
Ohhhh, this is way cool!
Good morning jim and tracy
Just WOW, thanks for sharing some scenery that we would never get to see without your videos!
❤️
So blessed to be able to share the story!
That farm is going to have to buy about 3 of those with that crop to save giving it to Uncle Sam😂
Amazing drone views, so beautiiful.
Yes!!! Thank you, Katie!
Wow that is some new Combine Tracy and sure Jim will let you drive it one day it looks very impressive catch you both again tomorrow
😊
I still wonder HOW we got the harvest done back in the mid 60's with the "BIG GUNS" a Gleaner with enclosed cab ,16' header. Todays equipment is amazing !
Jim is enjoying this harvest with no real worries great video
Yes, I believe you’re right.
Love drone shots of the breaks Thanks for sharing
Very well done video!!!

Thanks for sharing video. beautiful Country, each day your videos get better.. you are so fortunate to be able to experience all this.
Ohhhhhh, I truly am blessed. And I know The One responsible for this!
The most awesome camera work ever- you are the best! I can’t even fathom the acreage you guys are swallowing with those combines!
Wow! Pretty nice words - thank you! And thank Katie for showing everyone just how BIG this country is with her drone shots! ❤️
YES I did...I went to Google Maps and looked up Carter, Montana to see where you folks were at. Thanks again for sharing!!! EVERYONE be safe.
😊
Great job combining Jim and Tracy
Thanks!
I will bet one of the greatest inventions for these combines in this area is satellite radio!
YES! And the two way radios.
Great video !! I love Montana !!!
Me too!
Carter, what a place! An elevator and of course the Bar lots of quite fuzzy memories 😂
X9 1100 awesome JD combine
Gods country! Another great video! Love how the drone shows the size of the country because those huge combines look like little ants!
Boy that's beautiful country out there😊
Wow! The view leaves you speechless.
This is like a movie by John Deere.😊
Very impressive! The X9/1100, the sunset, but the Missouri-valley-view is breathtaking!
Absolutely breathtaking videos! Just the pure beauty of it all! Great stuff! Love it!
Thank you very much!
Tracy another day another great video you guys are moving some grain everyday that is some amazing equipment that your crew has amassed something to see such beautiful country and as always nice sunset thanks for the ride I will see you tomorrow
Beautiful country! Thanks Tracy. Maybe Mr. Sunshine could figure the payment schedule on that X9!!
🤣
we cut around fort benton in 06. I remember carter montana. crazy small world.
It IS!!!!!! And gets smaller every day, Matt!
I love wheat and cereal harvest. Growing up as a kid going out to moms side of family out in South Dakota for month of July. Got to combine and drive the grain cart. Thank for sharing your memories!! There’s just something about wheat harvest! ❤️
Those are great drone shots.
Very nice video today. Reminds me of the "Along the Edge" videos.

Thanks so much!
@@ZeorianHarvestingTrucking😊
What beautiful scenery. Sunset was gorgeous. That canyon was amazing. Hopefully the wheat will dry out tomorrow.
Really enjoy Montana and the scale of your operation, very impressive Gloucester, England.
Jim must’ve dreamed all night of having a combine like that when he was in business just a dream
We were pretty happy with the New Holland.
THANK YOU so much for posting these. I grew up just on the other side of those mountains, sure is good to catch a daily glimpse of them even if it is from the "wrong" side!
I’m certain this does your heart good! Seeing something familiar is oh, so good!!!
John Deere heard how good the New Holland was and decided they better have twin rotors too( 50 years later). We're running the smaller X9 1000 this fall . 40 ft flex head ,12 row chopping corn head.
The twin rotors will shine!
@@ZeorianHarvestingTrucking You were doing 25 acres per mile with 5 running.
thanks for another great video, Montana is so beautiful!!!!!
It surely is!
Nice looking barley crop u r combining Jim and Tracy
Yes!
To think that a lot of that land along the Missouri moved to the Delta.
Beautiful crop and country.
But can I ask? Why cut right on the ground in the crops that are standing, or appeared to be
Too much residue is difficult to plant through. This is what works for them.
The sunsets are amazing-- --sunrise doesn't look too bad either.
Jim, your 4 wheeler ride isn't as much as the X9-- ‐-was kinda hard
to say what that monster cost wasn't it! GREAT VIDEO
Great video Jim and Tracy
Love seeing the quadtrac in the fueld
that is what makes big sky country so good and beautiful always like cutting up there
👍🏻
X9 had cab wheat. Had to use the third bin level indicator.
You’re about the millionth person commenting on the cab wheat. 🤣
OUTSTANDING VIDEOS JIM & TRACY THANK YOU FOR TAKING US ALONG LOVE IT
❤️❤️
I remember when a Massey Ferguson 510 was a good combine , I’ve used a cabless 205
And my grandpa once said headers would NEVER get larger than 15’
Fantastic views. Wish i was there with you folks. Gods blessings for safe harvest
The Montana scenery is breathtaking. Thank you Tracy 👍🏻
It really is!
That is some beautiful country up there❤️
A beautiful beautiful part of the World up there, Gods own country by the look of it, as you had an X9 you may as well have said that you six machines on the go.
Thank you for helping feed the hungry masses
Traci, Jim…
I’m along for the journey.
This one, in particular, is wonderful. Really liking the aerial distant segments. Remembering all of the “one bar towns” we experienced back in ‘13 or so. ❤️
❤️
I remember those day cutting wheat that was laying down and cutting in one direction only. You should try it with a pull type combine! PS. and no cab!
You have ALL my respect!!!!!
This is an absolutely beautiful video, very enjoyable, awe inspiring. Magnificent, Thank you. I have watched several years, this maybe the best one ever.
Whoa! Thank you so much!
Wow!! You did a great job!!

Thanks again Tracy to you and Jim for taking us all along on this journey .
Thank you so much for your very kind words.
Great job on the video - beautiful country!
X9 is sometimes overkill for small farmers. Big outfits multiple units can be used.
Thanks for sharing Tracy... Really thinking I'm gonna add joining a harvest crew too my bucket list.Last combine I drove was a 8820 Deere in 1988.. been driving truck ever since... keep the great video coming...Thanks again.
You should!
Great video Tracy, great drone footage, that must be summer fallow with the amount of grain coming of those fields 😊
I believe it was. Thank you!!
Glad see y'all 2023

Hi Tracy and Jim. Such amazing drone footage of the harvesting and sites. Love your videos, Thank you and take care.
I can’t take credit for the drone footage. Katie does a great job of this!
Tracy, yes I remember you mentioning in a previous video the drone footage credit was due to Katie. She does a very amazing job. I truly appreciate and look forward to your videos.
@@davidhecker1894 - thanks David!
Beautiful scenery! Stunning drone shots!
❤️
Love that sunset.
❤️
Need to do an interview with Carter and have him tell us the history of his family and the farm. Maybe to finish the series ???
When we get a good break in the action, maybe we can have a Q&A video.
Not sure I got the name right. Brent maybe. But that would be great. I love hearing about the history of family farms.
Pretty country👌👌
Spectacular!
Unreal! 50’ header. 210’ for 5 machines. We ran 4 95’s with 18’ headers & thought it was something.
jim looks like he is enjoying this

Your videos are awesome tracy
Thank you so much!
Just BEAUTIFUL thanks Tracie. What would your Grandpa think about them big combines ?
wow...really enjoying this
It’s always nice to have big crops but when they go flat it’s not much fun.
Slow and steady wins the race.
100% truth.
I am sure I picked up some of their wheat at General Mills in Great Falls MT
Cool!
What’s the Elevation where your At? There’s app’s that you can put on your phone that tells you everywhere you go!

I’m sure it doesn’t help but there were a lot of farmers in the same boat with you this summer.
