Sir there are two aspects of reservation in state :
First : if we see reserved seats in the view of affermative action then it is justified , because if u did not give seats to that local people why would they likely to live there ,they can also migrate
Secondly : if we see in view of full of equal rights to all the citizen equally , right to equal oportunity it is not justified .
But what i belive is that it is justified as reservation is already justified in view of country then it also justified for an state .

The reservation policy is a very complex idea and as the matter is related to state issue, in article 16 of our Indian Constitution, in one of it's provisions it is written that a state can reserve seats for residence of that state for employment purpose, so in this sense it is justified as the then there government is giving rights to its native citizens (citizens of that state) where as it also opens up a window for other state students to compete and get in...So in this sense it is quite justified
Talking about from a national perspective, it does creates a matter of question as it rises a question on the full and equal membership and also harms the opportunity for other migratory students.
In my perspective,
•The reservation policy is quite justified
But,
• Other state people can use their freedom to protest peacefully without arms (Article 19(2)) and can bring up this issue I front of the government.
Solution,
□ As said, the peaceful protest work should be done and from my personal perspective, the percentage of reservation should be reduced a bit (25%-30%) as over to the reservation, MP state people can also compete over the general seats !
□ Also the reservation in MP can also be done on a basis of B.P.L (below property line) to a certain percentage as it will also give the unprivilaged students equal opportunity.
Seat reserve krna shi hai. .otherwise jis state me condition achi hai wha migration jyada hone se wha ke resources pr pressure to pdega he sath me states me bhi development me imbalance dekhne ko milega...fir jinke pas pesa hai wo to shyad migrate krke states ki sari seat occupay b kr skte hai .pr jo us state ke garib tabkr ke log hai .jb unhe b seat nhi mil payegi to isse justice b impact hoga...fir he region ka apna culture hota hai .to us according familar state me education etc. lena asan ho jata hai .... democracy me aone state ke log representative ko elect krte hai to un representative ki responsibility us state k logo k prati pehle hoti hai..unke rights,facility etc..ka dhyan rkhna. Isliye citizenship sbko equal mili hui hai .pr differentiate krna pd ta hai jisse sbki apne rights ka use kr ske....

Full and equal membership means all the citizen of country either rich or poor, they should be provided basic rights by the state..Lekin ye equally fulfill nahi ho pata due to illiteracy, poverty, etc
