Ellen these look delicious as usual. I love fried green tomatoes but I'm a crispy girl so when I make these I usually slice them like you had them and then cut them into wedges so I have smaller pieces. Salt them and let them rest. And when I fry them up I have more crust to tomato so they're really crispy and crunchy and serve with a buttermilk ranch dressing... I'm also lazy so I just use fish fry 🤣😂😂😂. So glad you showed the salting and letting them rest to get some of the liquid out of them. A lot of people don't know to do that... Can't wait to try your recipe especially with the miracle sauce.
