    Hey brother,
It’s ok to call out a heretic, and I’m not agreeing or disagreeing with your assessment, but I do think it would help your cause to at least post something she’s publicly said to back up your criticism, especially critiquing her without actually personally asking her what she truly believes. Graduating from Oral Roberts University, and being a “charismatic”simply does not make one a heretic. The same would be true if someone were calling you a heretic. I would simply ask them to prove it. I just think your video would carry more weight if you had documented evidence. God bless you!

Jesus told it like it was to the Pharisees and they crucified him for it. Jesus scolded them regardless if they knew word for word of the Old Testament.
They knew scripture yet denied the very Christ they studied scripture over.
The point is most of these people in the limelight and especially most media pastors are Free-Masons and that’s the hard pill to swallow that the church has been captured. And while they do great works and preach the word doesn’t mean they are of God.
That’s why most preachers are feel good, music driven, jokes with some scripture and story telling most of all.
90% Christians don’t study the word and as a testament to this see how many Christians voted for Trump and compromised the church all because the Democratic wasn’t patriotic enough and has gone off the rales. But that’s the point of politics on the world stage is to have you pick a side and they like actors bicker back and forth with nothing truly getting done beside generational wars over and over.
LOL the deception of the AntiChrist the little Horn aka Trumpet will come from the church not the obvious communistic, socialist far left.
To summaries this we need to stay vigilant and have great descendent when it comes to the people leading our churches.

You're right. It's when something is clearly unbiblical that needs to be exposed, independently of who said it. Pope Francis is saying that all paths lead to God and creating a One World religion, instead of claiming that Jesus is the only Way, the Truth and the Life : why does Kari Jobe even attends events that promote this false unity among religions ? It's not the words that matter : actions speak louder than sermons or worship songs. If you close your eyes and ears in front of your favourite pastor or singer, make excuse for them and just tolerate or shrug everything they say off, how are you able to differentiate between false teachers and those who are teaching the pure and unadulterated Word of God ? Be careful about defending false prophets like Furtick, who said that God "broke the Law for love" and that He "sent His Son in the likeness of a sinful man." Really ? Please, study the Bible on your own and don't trust every preacher, but test whether what he/she is teaching lines up 100% with the Scriptures.

    • @rachelanne2968
      @rachelanne2968 4 ปีที่แล้ว

@@Tyler-Hoskins “God sent his son in the likeness of sinful man”
Again... yes. And I don’t see what your problem with this is.
I've never met a christian who believed that Jesus is not sinless. Have you actually opened a Bible in your life ?
“God broke the law for love” um... yeah? He absolutely did! Many of these things went starkly against the laws of Moses."
Is God a sinner ? Please, read these words of Jesus and the apostles :
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven ( Matthew 5:17-19 ).
Then Jesus said to the crowds and to his disciples : “The teachers of the law and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. So you must be careful to do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach. They tie up heavy, cumbersome loads and put them on other people’s shoulders, but they themselves are not willing to lift a finger to move them ( Matthew 23:1-3 ).
If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love ( John 15:10 ).
Everyone who commits sin also breaks the law; sin is the breaking of law ( 1 John 3:4 ).
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments; and his commandments are not burdensome ( 1 John 5:3 ).
Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law ( Romans 3:31 ).
Cleanse out the old leaven that you may be a new lump, as you really are unleavened. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed. Let us therefore celebrate the festival, not with the old leaven, the leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth ( 1 Corinthians 5:3 ).
As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead ( James 2:26 ).
I can post many more passages, but I think these are enough and don't support the claim that "the Law was broken or done away with at the cross", that's why it's better to truly know the Scriptures before listening to any pastor or preacher : if you're not familiar with the Bible, you'll be led astray by the first teacher who tickles ears and presents heresies as biblical, like Steven Furtick, Kari Jobe, Pope Francis and many others do all the time. So, please, test every doctrine or preacher and, if something doesn't match with the Scriptures, drop it. Have a great day!

    • @rryan8005

Catherine Grace In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word used to describe the realm of the dead is sheol. It simply means “the place of the dead” or “the place of departed souls/spirits.” The New Testament Greek equivalent of sheol is hades, which also refers to “the place of the dead.” Other Scriptures in the New Testament indicate that sheol/hades is a temporary place, where souls are kept as they await the final resurrection and judgment. Revelation 20:11-15 gives a clear distinction between hades and the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the permanent and final place of judgment for the lost. Hades, then, is a temporary place.
Some have the viewpoint that Jesus went to “hell” or the suffering side of sheol/hades in order to further be punished for our sins. This idea is completely unbiblical. It was the death of Jesus on the cross that sufficiently provided for our redemption. It was His shed blood that effected our own cleansing from sin (1 John 1:7-9). As He hung there on the cross, He took the sin burden of the whole human race upon Himself. He became sin for us: “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God” (2 Corinthians 5:21). This imputation of sin helps us understand Christ’s struggle in the garden of Gethsemane with the cup of sin which would be poured out upon Him on the cross.
As Jesus neared death, He said, “It is finished” (John 19:30). His suffering in our place was completed. His soul/spirit went to hades (the place of the dead). Jesus did not go to “hell” or the suffering side of hades; He went to “Abraham’s side” or the blessed side of hades. Jesus’ suffering ended the moment He died. The payment for sin was paid. He then awaited the resurrection of His body and His return to glory in His ascension. Did Jesus go to hell? No. Did Jesus go to sheol/hades? Yes.

Yes.

It's a very beautiful song thay edifies Yeshua..My Mom is a prolific songwriter as well. When our senior pastor passed away,a young man from Kenya Africa came to take his place. We we're singing Mom's wonderful songs to the lord, but this new "pastor" wanted us to start mimicking Hillsong, bethel, elevaton, Jesus culture. He said our songs were not annointed, and did not speak to today's generation. I left that church, and now that "pastor" has no musicians, no worship leaders, and he is playing these churches music on CD. His congregation has dwindled to 16 and I am so glad I listened to God's voice and shook the dust off my feet!!!

Romans 12:1-2 We renew our minds daily by cleansing them of the world’s “wisdom” and replacing it with true wisdom that comes from God. We worship Him with our renewed and cleansed minds, not with our emotions. Emotions are wonderful things, but unless they are shaped by a mind saturated in Truth, they can be destructive, out-of-control forces. Where the mind goes, the will follows, and so do the emotions. First Corinthians 2:16 tells us we have “the mind of Christ,” not the emotions of Christ.

Man when you attack someone’s idol they sure get upset.
Reading all the comments that state “I like her” is a red flag in itself. We should never elevate or like someone just because they are beautiful and can sing. That’s one of the main issues with contemporary “Christian” music is people worship the artist more than they worship Jesus. Yes maybe they are worshiping God but even if you’re worshipping an artist a teensy bit that is WICKED. It reminds me of being lost and having all my rap/rock idols that I like/loved even though I had never once met them.
I do not have to worry about idolizing a hymn, I can focus strictly on the praising and glorifying of Jesus Christ which is what we as Christians are suppose to be doing.
I learned this lesson the hard way when I first got saved with a “Christian” rap artist named Bryson Gray, I bought all his music and listened to him constantly. He would use the KJV and everything. Then one day he stated that “Jesus isn’t God.” I was so heartbroken and angry at him and God slapped me with the truth that this MAN was an idol in my life. If we get that upset about the truth of someone then maybe we should ask ourselves if we are idolizing that person.

I share your point of view -- associating with Hillsong, Bethel, Furtick, and the likes of them is a clear red signal as to what Kari's doctrine represents -- watered down form of some arbitary religion. And this is reflected in much of her lyrics, should one look beyond her voice and talent (which is actually quite good). But seriously, you should have presented your opinion much better than this, rather than calling her a heretic without concrete reasoning! Please do continue your warning against such apostate preachers and songleaders (I tend not to use the word "worship" leader; worship is deeper than the staged performance and arbitary mumbo-jumbo that they utter onstage).

@@slibertas1996 Actually, that is a rip off of an older Anglican prayer (Yes, the first verse is from the Torah, where God mentions how Aaron is to bless the people of Israel (the Church hasn't replaced Israel) -- but that is all there is to it). Please note that quoting a part of scripture doesn't necessarily mean that passage applies to you. The Bible talks of someone else (yes, that person, not one with a forked tail and horns, but someone who masquerades as an 'angel of light') who also quoted the scripture, and the argument sounded reasonable, but the quoting was out of context!
Please at least consider what I have to say.
--> The constant repetitions, Lights+Sound effects and theatrics are meant to draw one into a trance-like state. I live in India and see these being done all the time at pagan places of worship. These techniques are designed to create an experience that lets your doctrinal guard down. Compare that to the part when the Bible instructs us to "be sober, be vigilant...". Almost every charismatic place of worship follows these worldly techniques and unfortunately, many Bible based churches seem to be following suit.
--> The song really doesn't mention God, in the sense that, it does not worship Him. In fact, it doesn't mention anything about praising Him, neither does it talk about the sacrifice done on the cross for a sinner like me, nor does it encourage one to walk in His ways as a believer treads the narrow and strait path. In fact, most of these songs (including the Blessing) DON'T EVEN MENTION THE NAME OF JESUS!!!
Does that sound like a Christian song to you (when compared to those with depth, like "It is well with my Soul", "Amazing Grace", and many others)? I would say no! It is a feel-good song, that is directed to make the audience glorify themselves. No wonder, Furtick was one of the songwriters. He injects himself into scripture in almost all his sermons.
Honestly, I take no pleasure in criticizing Kari, I do recognize the skill and talent that she has. It is simply that all the skill and talent of the world is of no use unless the emphasis is on the message of the Gospel (or) Praise to the LORD. I am still waiting to see a praiseworthy Hymn to surface in our generation, I am sure there are a few good ones out there, but they are largely overshadowed by the pomp, show and hype of these shallow ones.

Good morning!!! That's taking scripture out of context. It refers to physical harm of a prophet. For example in the book of Samuel when King David had the oppurtunity to kill King Saul and he stated that he will not touch God's annointed. You can call people out if they are in the wrong. And all of us have an annointing if you come into the gospel of Jesus Christ; repent and dedicate his whole life to him. Be Blessed :-)

    • @joshualoveday
      @joshualoveday 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

Bridgett Allen You yourself just stated that a person can call someone out that’s in the wrong, yet the video never actually addresses any “wrongdoing.” It consistently uses generalities and vagueness and does not actually prove or say anything at all. Corinthians tells us that if we have not love, we are nothing. Even if “not touching the anointed” is addressing physical harm, most believers understand that many truths are parallels for other behaviors and while this video is not a “physical” form of harm, it is destructive in nature. Again, my statement about pharisee-like behavior still stands. Nowhere else in scripture are we told of our nothingness apart from the absence of love. Repentance is necessary anytime a person’s heart is in the wrong place towards his brother.

I’ve read the comments and people are still whining,”who are you to judge?”. It’s not judging folks, it’s called discernment. We are commanded to test the spirits. We’ve become so enamored with emotion and feel goodisms (I know that is not a word) that we have abandoned sound doctrine. Be like the Bereans. Spencer, keep up the good work.

In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word used to describe the realm of the dead is sheol.
Yes.

The Christian must “judge” or discern between good and evil (Hebrews 5:14)! We must make spiritual evaluations of the words and behavior of others, not to find fault, but to effectively guard our hearts against error and sin (1 Corinthians 2:14-15; Proverbs 4:23). Jesus warns His disciples "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:15-16). This admonition is given not only with regard to “false prophets” but also concerning anyone who comes in the name of Christ but who, by his actions, denies Christ (Titus 1:16; cf. Matthew 3:8).
Do your research and use your discernment.

Question, let’s just say you are correct? Have you approached them either in person, call any of them or written any of them, or tried any other communications with them? Have you told them their faults as you see it, have you told them that you think the way they interpret the Word of God is in error? Have you afforded them them that as you see it, they need to turn from their ways?
You know I am not calling you out, okay yes I am calling you out. Shouldn’t our mission to be is to give them a chance to go see the light as you do? When you do that then maybe just maybe you saved them from hell fire. Now if your mission wasn’t to give them an opportunity to change their ways then is it gossip? Or are you warning all about them?
For me it would be a good idea to get both sides. It’s like when I see a video of someone coming against somebody or some group I only get to see it or see the the side of one(s) presenting their view, and a lot of times they put a bunch of edited clips that supports what these people are saying. Or in this case verbally you want people to believe what you are saying. Let me finish with a good thought, you have a good speaking voice God has given you, just maybe good for a preaching ministry, who knows, well God knows. Remember we are to always test the spirits when someone is singing or preaching also this includes your videos. Hey you know let’s just say you are correct, we are to even test what you are saying is biblical. Now there are people that weigh every word of a singer and preacher say, that’s ok. But I don’t go into a service waiting for someone to say something wrong. Praying and asking the Holy Spirit for discernment is the way I go. I must assume there are people that see your video (s) that may not know Jesus or there are people that may not read the Bible, therefore they are just getting one side.

She writes music and performs with the most prolific and dangerous false teachers and false churches of our day. She follows a heretical eisegesis method of biblical interpretation, she knows little about what the Bible actually teaches on sound doctrine, and even thinks she speaks in “tongues,” i.e. gibberish.

  • @samuelmoreno3237
    @samuelmoreno3237 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

Okay, dude. Number one, you can't call her a rank heretic if her music is pretty anointed. Through every song I hear from Kari, there is something so wonderful, not only in her voice but also in the words that are being spoken through those songs. Two, everything you said in this video was completely none of YOUR or OUR business. She's entitled to believe what she wants to believe but I think that's pretty clear. Three, you making this video was very unChristlike. You're a missionary, not someone entitled to expose someone else ESPECIALLY if they're servants of the Lord. Do some correct research, shut up, and grow up. Must be embarrassing being called out by a 16 y/o.

    • @daraharvey4519
      @daraharvey4519 2 ปีที่แล้ว

You are wrong on all points. "Through every song I hear from Kari, there is something so wonderful, not only in her voice but also in the words that are being spoken through those songs." Ok, what is this "something so wonderful" to which you refer? Is she singing biblical doctrine, or does she simply sound good and make you feel good? There's a big difference. Correct doctrine will lead you to Christ and into maturity as a believer, while music that does nothing but make you "feel good" will lead you down a rabbit hole even further from Christ. Therefore, what Spencer says in this video IS the business of every believer. Read 1 Corinthians 5. Christians ARE to judge each other in the church - it's called accountability. And before you quote "Do not judge" at me, research what Jesus was actually referring to in Matthew 7:1. He's saying we are not to presume to judge a person's heart or their motives, because only God knows what is in a person's heart and mind. But we ARE to judge people by their fruit (Matthew 7:15-20), and that is what Spencer is doing here. Kari can believe whatever she wants, and when she falls short of biblical teaching, Christians can call her out on it and warn each other to avoid her music. This isn't cancel culture, it's the leaven Paul warned us about in Galatians 5:9. So no, Spencer making this video is the opposite of unChristlike. Jesus himself called out the Pharisees and false teachers of his day, and he warned his followers to stay away from them (Matthew 16:6). And he warned us to identify and avoid them in the church. Every Christian is not just "entitled" as you say, but more than that, we are commanded to expose false teaching whether it's from a preacher or a singer in the church.
Basically, everything you said in your comment is wrong, and it is YOU who need to sit down, humble yourself, and learn the truth. Try and do so before commenting.

Buddy, why pick a fight with God? Do you remember these verses?
    Roman's 14:4
Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
    Roman's 14:12,13
So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
    James 4:11,12
Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?

Anytime I hear a preacher or Christian talk about someone being anointed, or an anointing, relative to an outpouring of The Holy Spirit, I know they are a heretic. If a true Christian has any spirit, it’s The Holy Spirit... and every Christian is sealed by Him. If a person has any other spirit, well, it’s not God, but a deceiving spirit.

It seems you are saying nothing while speaking quite a bit. The anointing is evidence of what's in the heart and how you live in your personal life. If she's who you are describing, then why is God's anointing upon her (she's not enchanting, she's anointed). I pray that you will have a true encounter with God. Jesus (who is KING, SAVIOUR, WAY, TRUTH & LIFE forever, amen) said that we should not udge others or we will be judged. And what is even worst is that you at the end of this video say that this irrelevant information is truth (it may be the true or not about what your saying of kari jobe) but it is really not a warning video about the singer you are ust making videos in wich you speak badly about others. Forgive me if i say this, but everyone sins, so we have no right to judge others. And by the way Jesus said this: love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you. I am sure that he did not meant ust are enemies, nut also our neighbors. so if you want Kari Jobe to change the best you can do is pray for her, because judging does nothing good to your life (i say this from my experience). Judging is also satan's trap.
And if people want to tell me: There is a video of Kari Jobe teaching that Jesus went to hell to close its doors...my answer is...yes, she did say that; but maybe she meant to say that Jesus suffered terribly being slapped, spit and bothered so much that he even let the roman soldiers do that to him because of the eternal love he has even for athiest people; or maybe she did mean that Jesus really went to hell (but he did not go to hell. He is at the right side of the everlasting Father Jehova). but if she really meant that he went to hell (wich he didn't), then it is our job as the body of Christ to pray for her and to rebuke the evil spirit of lies that torments her.
So in conclusion: me as part of the body of Christ (and you to Spencer, who is also a part of Christ body, i'll be praying for you and your family, your church and the people you know, so that God can rise up soldiers who need some waking up), i love you (Jesus taught me to love even the people who discriminate, murder, judge, etc.), but God does not want us to judge others, God wants people who makes his will so that we can become Jesus' brothers and sisters (Matthew 12: 46 - 50). so you really need to stop judging and complaining about people who claim to be christians or believers in the Good news of Christ. And as a missionary or a christian (i really don't know your beliefs), maybe you don't like someone for how they preach or what gospel they teach or how they pray or what lyrics they sing in their worship/gospel song, but you can change their ways by prayer and not by judging people [and only if you have evidence of what those people (who claim to have Jesus in their life's) do is wrong].
So pray for people you know for sure that need prayer and God's holiness in their life's.
I bless you, your family, your loved ones and the people you know. take care. And let us live for the will of God

A person’s alma mater is now grounds for heresy? Wow. Last I checked, you actually had to make statements which contradict essential doctrine from scripture to qualify for that. You have reviewed nothing Kari Jobe has stated or written. You have analyzed none of her lyrics. You have reported nothing in her lifestyle or moral character to even give your audience a reason to believe you. Did you actually investigate her? Where is your evidence? Back up your claims or be gone.

The Bible says for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Prove to the people what you have done for the Lord Jesus. Satan could be deceiving you. Be careful when you are critical of people like Kari Jobe. If her worship songs are anointed as there is annointing in it. And she loves to worship God. She is a daughter of the most High God. Get over your theories and do something worthwhile and beneficial for Jesus. Jesus himself said I did not come to condemn but to save sinners.

I do not know her entire repertoire of songs. However, i can honestly say that the lyric content ive heard, such as revelation song, and i am not alone, and others, are biblically sound. Lets not forget that God is allowing the weeds and wheat to grow together until the end when His angels will take their command from the Lord to divide. In the Hebrew Scriptures, the word used to describe the realm of the dead is sheol.
Yes.

In speaking with her offline and away from the stage, she expressed interest in "making it big" in the Christian music world and that she wanted to be famous. She was also very judgemental and critical of people's appearance and when I made the decision to no longer attend Gateway Church, she told me that she would NEVER sing with me again and that she "could not walk with me"... Whatever that means. Take away the fame and the wealth and she would not appear to be serving God - she serves one person, herself.

I’m not saying your testimony of her personal behavior at the time is not true because only you Shaun and the Lord Jesus know the truth. However, I must point out there’s a distinction between one having questionable personal behavior vs. holding extreme doctrinal positions as implied in the video. I think all Christians, still having a sin nature, sadly can walk in unholy behavior from time to time. But, to state Kari Jobe is a heretic is a stretch as Spencer did not present evidence and links to her literally “preaching heresy”. The brother does not know her personally and thus his video smacks of opportunism and the sin of presumption at her expense. You present an account of questionable personal behavior concerning Miss Jobe but not doctrinal issues held.
Let us make this abundantly clear.
Also, I want to make clear I am no apologist for anyones personal behavior, including Jobe’s. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. My question to you brother is are you praying for her to have a changed heart and to reconcile to Lord Jesus Christ and then to others? I’m sorry to what you experienced but we still must forgive and lift our brother or sister up in pray. Not saying you aren’t but I got to state it.
Never forget Kari Jobe like the rest of us has to stand before the Lord to give an account for her life. She will and let’s pray, like us, she will repent now and have less wood, hay, stubble to burn than in that Day.🤔
      Blessings🙏🏻

    Good evening brother Spenser,
Thank you for this video. I have little doubt that what you have shared is true. However . . . . it would be good and also very helpful for those who are viewing your channel, to actually have the facts of what Kari Jobe believes? for if she is in fact "a heretic," as you have stated (which I believe you are correct on), then the fruits of her life, and of her understanding of the gospel and of Scripture should clearly reveal this, and confirm what you have shared in this video.
I encourage you to make a follow-up video, giving actual evidence of this.
