Oh the inefficiency of this place is killing me. At the very least get some plastic totes so you don’t have to pick up stuff one at a time over and over and over again…and maybe by the time it finally hits the end of the line your product won’t be full of scratches from the piles and working on the floor.
Ещё заметил один лишний этап в производстве. это обрезание квадратной заготовки в круглую. После из круглой заготовки штампуют цилиндр. И снова обрезают края заготовки.
Получается, что края обрезаются 2 раза
Just throw the part on the floor after each step. If I would do that parts would bend and be useless. Take from one stack, do operation, put on another stack. This looks like a factory of 100 years ago in most countries.
I’m amazed at how much work is done by workers squatting on the floor. I would think that even crude work tables could increase production at minimal costs.
Okay when unloading the parts from the oven, two workers make hundreds of trips carrying two parts each to hang on the cooling rack. Why not put wheels on the cooling rack, roll it into the other room, load it and roll it back into the other room?
The employer is creating more jobs by not automating it that much. Employment is good.
Этот фильтр на какую то совсем древнюю технику, но зачем в таком количестве. Вот не верю что технику в таком количестве немерянном штампуют. Помню что то подобное на Запорожец ставили и на ЗИЛ, но это было больше 30 лет назад.

Is this an OEM manufacturer or aftermarket? These look more like a spark arrester than an air filter, the filter media is very course and will only filter out camels.

до 80-тых годов везде шли похожие фильтра,масло заливалось вниз корпуса.

В данном случае очень сомнительное утверждение.
Кто бы мог подумать , что в Пакистане так заморачиваются чистотой окружающей среды , что ставят на выхлопную систему трактора фильтры.
Но судя по многочисленным роликам на производственную тему этого не заметно и близко.

this is probably the most inefficient factory but it must be well paid as some men are wearing shoes instead of flip flops, if they got more efficient they could all have shoes

You add oil to the crankcase first to capture dust … it is used on old tractors , old and cheap technology but effective

@@Antiglobalist_2025 этот фильтр не меняют. Его промывают, заливают новое масло и используют дальше.
@@ruslantver видя как заварили сетку в корпусе и судя по количеству выпуска делаю вывод что НЕ моют. А просто меняют на новый
@@perisher1976 сетку не вынимают при промывке. Моют кассету полностью окуная в солярку.
