I've seen some comments making unnecessary suggestions regarding "poking them all and then popping them all at the same time" - I hope you will ignore them. You know your clients, understand their needs, and know the best technique to use to address their issues. It's frustrating to see people in the comments make "suggestions" solely to improve their watching experience vs. realizing that the person in your video is a real patient with real issues that they came to you to address. You're going great work that is likely giving your patient a whole new sense of confidence and comfort in his own skin. That is no small feat. Great work! :-)

Terrible tool. All that scaring is due to your overlapping pressure with that metalic bar. It is ok to use it in single spots but never like this! The needle is perfectly fine to open the pores, but use a q-tip, your fingers, gauze - literally anything besides what you're using. You're disfiguring this poor person for life, please reconsider your approach.
