Trust Fall Finale: Teambuilding and Leadership Development

Andrew Bartley of Platinum Leadership introduces the trust fall finale of Celplast Metallized Products Fall FishCaMP 2014. CaMP culture relies on each person making four basic commitments to themselves and each other, namely: Be family, have their back, get better and enjoy life. After four days of active learning and adventure, it was time for our final ‘challenge by choice’ initiative. As you’ll see in a moment, the magnificent men and women of CMP literally have each other’s backs.

Excellent exercise! Thanks for uploading it? How should the hands that catch the thrower put their hands? that precautions should be taken so that they do not hit the face with the one in front of them (sorry for my poor English)
