She went to MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) the fifth best University home of the brilliant minds, after graduation you can easily get jobs wherever and started as low as $150000/year, by returning to Africa for this project she deserves the support and admiration from all conscious African brothers and sisters.

"The country's most renowned engineering school, MIT sees 22% of undergraduates go on to pursue jobs in the field. Graduates secure positions at tech powerhouses such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Oracle. Even more impressive, the MIT community includes 85 Nobel laureates, 58 National Medal of Science winners, and 29 National Medal of Technology and Innovation winners."
She is So innovative & inspiring. The recycling business has been overlooked for a long time and with the amount of waste being dumped in Lagos every day, we need more companies like hers to solve this problem. Nice one man! 👊🏽
Africa is where life and wealth is at. One entrepreneur at a time Africa will have all her children back from the so-called "greener pastures" and build this continent from ground up!
Your husband came back from SA to where? Any way your husband is a great inspiration. I wish that everyone will learn from people like your husband. Africa really needs people who take back and give to the community a chance of employment. Lady forward you and your family go. I wish everybody learn from him including my countrymen. God bless you for feedback. Much love ♥️🌹🇿🇦
I now see why there are less plastic bottles and sachet water on the streets of Lagos, it's tnx to this lovely woman. Thanx madam for keeping the city clean and creating jobs and wealth at the same time. We need more of your type who believe in building the country instead of those who complain all the time and do nothing. Much respect to you and staff
She says she wants to open the eyes of Africans to know that they have power✊🏽💥 Then her brother surprises us with a gym?! This family is truth in power 🌟💪🏽
Pay in the US is dependent on region. 150k probably in the east coast. But rent is up to 2500 per month. Same as Cali, Texas is in between. So you are still running cycles if you are dependent on salary. This is a billion naira/dollar industry. That will take care of there generation for the rest of their lives. I am investing and timing myself. Doing my studies and understanding strategies to mitigate challenges before I leave this deep freezer for good. It is not easy but doable.
The USA waste management system is a multi billion dollar business. This Lady is very smart. She definitely will reach higher heights with doing this. I been driving trucks for years. Even at one point I use to run garbage here in the USA. She started off with one bicycle, eventually she will have trucks moving plastics for her.
Don’t be surprised that with this job people call crazy or dirty, these guys are millionaires already! A big shoutout guys. May God bless your business.
Another Inspiring story Maya. She is also creating jobs. We are definitely reaching seven hundred k this month and definitely a million soon. With God all things are possible.
Exactly...sometimes, we think that when we show ourselves in a piteous light,we garner help;but it is negative help. When we speak good of ourselves and things around us,even though it may not be as good currently,it'll definitely become so and others will begin to see it.

I love all these women for strength, confidence and intelligence. They are what we Africans need to teach our children and take this continent forward. Workshops are needed in Africa. This is great to hear about success in Nigeria. So many people say their is no jobs in Nigeria. Amazing! A lot of people from Africa don't realize it's hard aboard too. But you have to be determined to succeed at what you are working for in success in life. This is good to hear about the challenges you face anywhere in the world. 🇺🇸
One of our problems in Africa is mindset. There are too many naysayers, complainers, and negative people. Often there is an advantage of going abroad and exposure to different environments that can help you think differently that then helps you to see the opportunities in Africa
Nigerians rightly believe in themselves and their country. The rest of Africa needs to learn a lot from them. Another good thing about them is that they do not falsely raise their ego. Many stories from their country show positive things they are doing for themselves despite the African environment challenges.
Since China refused to accept trashes coming from America, America has been having piles and piles of trashes like this and does not know how to handle it. We thank God the labor is low enough in Africa to take care of our own trashes. Africa is the future.

Thank you, my sister, for expressing this brilliant thought: yes, we have power, and it is unfortunate that we are somehow blind to what is ours, and have our eyes wide open to what belongs to others. This narrative needs to be changed. Please, Wode Maya: salute this beautiful, brave and inspiring family on our behalf.
Imagine if she was able to pay people to bring bales of plastic, like how in the US people get 5cents per empty bottle returned. More hands on deck, people get paid etc
