I had the kale salad mix from Target a few days for lunch last week - really good. I never use the dressing that comes with their salads because they tend to be high in calories but I love the little crunchy bits that come with most of them!
Oh good to know - will give it a go! Ye I sub out the dressing sometimes too!

I hear people talk of the “everything but the bagel seasoning”, but I’ve never had or seen it. Is it at all possible to get it in the UK. What is it like, is there anything similar? 🥯 🥤 💕

Ah so glad you’re excited to watch! It was January 😊 there are lots of run weekends throughout the year but the Jan one is the only one with a full marathon. Would love to do the Princess weekend sometime, that’s the one in Feb!

I love Target and Cheese Cake Factory but I rarely, almost never go to the cheesecake place cuz it’s dangerous for me. I love the other peanut butter cheesecake (not the Reese’s one) although I love Reese’s anything. That other one is just out of this world delicious. I’m going to Target today, love going there. I’m lucky where I live cuz we have multiples of most stores and I’m right in the middle. The airport is just north of here too. I don’t think I’d ever move unless I could live in England again or San Diego (best Mexican food), 2 hours to Disneyland), I’m 7 1/2 hours to Disneyland. Have you heard anything about the Universal theme park they’re going to build just north of London???

Hey Karen 🤗 well done you for doing the marathon, I’d love to do it but I am the most unfit person ever 🫣 I’d defo finish in last place although I don’t think it’s like the London marathon where you can take as long as you want is it? Looking forward to seeing how you get on 🩷 xxx
Ye Disney actually has a pretty strict pacing requirement especially considering all of the fun stops along the way! Disney is about 7hrs I think (it's 16min mile) whereas London is 8hrs. This time limit only kicks in when the last runner starts.
