Always a wealth of information! Hey Paul, I am frequently saying I sharpen as a hobby. Since I’ve started watching your videos I have acquired the new 1x30 you just reviewed and a whole bunch of stuff to go with it. This is added to my TSPROF K03 and my dedicated lawn mower blade sharpener. I was just at a memorial service at our church and a number of people were excited to hear I sharpened knives. My wife mentioned I’m going to have to start charging for my service. So it looks like I may reluctantly be starting a sharpening business. 😮
