Anthony, can you do a video showing how to operate the boiler? Maintenance? Troubleshooting?

Really nice video, is it possible to list all the parts?

Great video. What kind of heating do you have? Why did you use 007 circulating pump? As they have less head load vs 0015 pump. I just want to understand what someone need to use if you have three level home with baseboard heating. I believe I will have to use 0015 for both first floor and second floor. My basement is on the separate combi boiler.

I used the 007 pumps because I don’t have to overcome much head pressure. I believe the 007’s are rated for a maximum 10 feet of vertical rise on 3/4” pipe. The largest rise I have per pump is 7 feet. The 0015’s are nice. I believe you can adjust the flow rate on them. I am not sure of their specifics though. It’s always best to do your own research for your particular application.

Good morning, thank you for posting these videos and sharing your knowledge. I have a question: What size are the inlet and outlet of the manifold and what type of adapter (reducer?) you use to connect to the supply and return. Second, If I were to build the manifold myself (pretty expensive I would say), what pipe diameter is the horizontal run? Thank you n advance for your time.

@@antoniorestrepo4299 I used Navien’s stainless steel pre-fabricated manifold, which is well worth the money ($550). The inlet and outlet (supply and return) on the boiler are 1” npt. The inlet and outlet (supply and return) on the manifold to the secondary loop is 1 1/2” with a pre-installed gasket union. I used 1 1/4” type L copper for my secondary loop and used a 1 1/2” to 1 1/4” brass bushing to adapt it to the Navien manifold. For disclosure, I am not a professional and this is just what I did. This is not an instructional video. I recommend you follow the guidelines of the manufacturer along with all codes and laws in your specific location.

What's the max heating temp the boiler is set to? Need to have cpvc for the first 3 equivalent ft if over 149 degrees.. Closely spaced tees only matter where the primary manifold ties into to the secondary. Your scenario is a non issue.

Is the unit quiet when working?
