My Navien NFC 250/200H Build High Efficiency Combi Boiler
Hi guys this is a walk through of my new Navien NFC 250/200H combi boiler set up I installed recently. I got the inspiration from watching videos from Jim Speranza, Steve Lav, and Mikey Pipes on TH-cam. Check out their channels for some great content and educational material! this is NOT a tutorial. I am not a professional. I am just showing you guys what I did. I am just the type of guy who likes to work on my own stuff and learn. Any professional comments are welcome. Thanks guys!

Hi guys! I always love watching videos of people sharing their garage set up. Well, here is mine. From my Active 2.0 pressure washing system, with a CR Spotless Water System, Swisstrax Flooring, Husky tool chest, and my Mr Cool heat pump, take a tour of my dream garage with me and let me know what you think!
F*ck the haters man. Your setup is sick!! 💯🙌🏼
Belleza de traila ..con todo un arcenal milwaukee
Bu qimmatbaho asbob uskunalarni toʻplash uchun necha yilingiz ketdi ?
Here in America it doesnt take long for a contractor. Took me about a year and a half to acquire something similar. The reason being I do new construction and I do almost all phases of construction. I buy bundles too, its cheaper that way.
Nicely done! Thx for sharing
Good job and well finished, so can you send me a link for the expansion vessel please
I have the 18ga nailer and its been awesome. I have never had a jam with it. Maybe yours has a mfg defect?
any way to keep the drills in their slots while driving?
I suppose a bungee cord would be enough
Your going to cry when they steal your tools
Paw paw once said there aint no point in paying for insurance if you never use it.
Yep I would’ve never posted this to TH-cam
Hopefully he’s got a gps tracker hidden in there somewhere
Awesome trailer. I would look at adding an Anker SOLIX F3800 to the trailer to power everything from lights to chargers to 240v power tools :-) Please make sure you have a hidden GPS tracker on the trailer.
Is the unit quiet when working?
It’s WHISPER quiet.
Thanks for the reply
what was reasoning for not putting the solar panel on the roof?
My 18g works great. If I were you I would send it in for warranty
Beautiful toy room and love all your toys!
How much did your charging/inverter system set you back? Also can you run a microwave off of your battery setup with that 200AH battery? Love all your info/setup
Anthony, can you do a video showing how to operate the boiler? Maintenance? Troubleshooting?
One day, love the setup, Milwaukee <3
Can you send me all your codes haha I want this exact set up
Great video. What kind of heating do you have? Why did you use 007 circulating pump? As they have less head load vs 0015 pump. I just want to understand what someone need to use if you have three level home with baseboard heating. I believe I will have to use 0015 for both first floor and second floor. My basement is on the separate combi boiler.
I used the 007 pumps because I don’t have to overcome much head pressure. I believe the 007’s are rated for a maximum 10 feet of vertical rise on 3/4” pipe. The largest rise I have per pump is 7 feet. The 0015’s are nice. I believe you can adjust the flow rate on them. I am not sure of their specifics though. It’s always best to do your own research for your particular application.
im gonna be honest 1:03 was seeeegsyyy looking into that van best ive seen so far
Awesome setup. I rather use a box truck.
What site miter saw are you using?
I think milwaukee
everyone bro I mean every one is taking notes! good job
Congratulation Sir, great trailer setup, great video, great personality, what else is there to say. I laugh when idiots ask me why are my tools so clean? Or If I use then at all? The answer is simple. Because I use them, I clean them, i organize them and take care of them bro! 😂 it’s just how I was raised!
Sweet set up. Except the 10 dollar walmart levels😜
10k in Milwaukee boxes alone
There's so much to like about your setup, but one thing that stood out to me is what you did with the miter saw and attaching it to a flat top. I love it! Well done sir!
How were the wood panels placed?
Real carpenters save their money and build thier own shit. Its easy to pack a new trailer full of shit that didnt require any effort.
broke boys stay hating
Really nice video, is it possible to list all the parts?
Man, all I can also say is between you and me and all the other people that have totally gone all out with the Milwaukee packout systems. Milwaukee must be making a killing.!
This is very well thought out and laid out very clean and organized. This will serve you for years to come plus now you can get to work efficiently and effectively.! I think that driller was perfect so you still have plenty of room
Trailer size I meant
What's the max heating temp the boiler is set to? Need to have cpvc for the first 3 equivalent ft if over 149 degrees.. Closely spaced tees only matter where the primary manifold ties into to the secondary. Your scenario is a non issue.
I would set up the exact same way but I would love to have a table at the end of the trailer that’s why I’m looking at a square instead of a v nose
But where is the futon and Playstation?
When I see girls like you pull up to job sites shit makes me die laughing lol... all them tools look brand new just shows how useless and costly you are lol.. bet 90% of your work is shit. Would def send your ass packing in a heartbeat...
His dad probably bought him a Ryobi and he threw a tantrum 😂
You must be real fun at parties
You literally don’t even know the guy and you’re mad because he has new tools and automatically assume he’s bad at his job. I’d send your ass packing with that garbage attitude
Holy Craig you’re hard as fuck.
Watch out guys craigs a badass here
You could add more solar panels on the roof, and more batteries and have an inverter large enough to run everything and the big Milwaukee charger. I know they have RV setups that can run a lot, even overnight without issue. Would almost never actually need the generator if you got the right system. Upfront cost could be unpleasant, but not concerning yourself with fuel and engine maintenance to run things all day long would, to me, be worth it.
Watch part 2
hey man just a heads up since you have hot gloves for doing electrical service work i would recommend watching a few videos on how to properly care for, inspect and store those gloves they should never be laying in a bin with items on top of them ideally they should be hanging upright to prevent any damage. a pin hole renders them useless. just wanted to share this for safetys sake. but you have setup quite the trailer my friend truly impressive
Thank you! I appreciate the tip.
Good morning, thank you for posting these videos and sharing your knowledge. I have a question: What size are the inlet and outlet of the manifold and what type of adapter (reducer?) you use to connect to the supply and return. Second, If I were to build the manifold myself (pretty expensive I would say), what pipe diameter is the horizontal run? Thank you n advance for your time.
@@antoniorestrepo4299 I used Navien’s stainless steel pre-fabricated manifold, which is well worth the money ($550). The inlet and outlet (supply and return) on the boiler are 1” npt. The inlet and outlet (supply and return) on the manifold to the secondary loop is 1 1/2” with a pre-installed gasket union. I used 1 1/4” type L copper for my secondary loop and used a 1 1/2” to 1 1/4” brass bushing to adapt it to the Navien manifold. For disclosure, I am not a professional and this is just what I did. This is not an instructional video. I recommend you follow the guidelines of the manufacturer along with all codes and laws in your specific location.
Biggest tool box in history
That's a great setup. Well done bro. Glad you don't listen to the haters. , most of them are simply speaking out of jealousy for what you have. Great trailer man!!
However Just want to add a little helpful hint. On your M18 grinder I think you have your diamond blade on backwards. If you look closely at the diamond chips, they have a comet that trails behind each and every diamond particle. Those comets are supposed to fly behind the direction of the blades intended direction. You'll have much less chip out and it won't walk on you as much. If I'm not mistaken your Makita blade needs to be turned around. No judgement here bro just a helpful hint
Nice
Looks like you don’t use the tool
@@alyssaisaackson6797 go make a sandwich
🤣
Those Diablos are the blade of choice for all my cutting tools. From Circ saws, miter, table saw, sawzall blades. Some of the new Milwaukee Nitrus blades fuckin rip though. Catch em when they are 2 for 20 at the depot.
Killer setup brother. Efficient and modular. I know a fellow Upstate New Yorker when I see one. I’m up in Syracuse area. Keep killin it.
how did you mount the packout wall plates in the trailer? Into the wood or screws into the metal frame? and what fasteners worked well?
I see you suffer from G.A.S, like I do. Gear Acquisition Syndrome
Best pack out trailer I’ve seen to date. Inspired.
I wish my property mechanic is equipped and organized like you. Good job!
They all fall out after a drive
Watch part 2
What do you do for your hand held power tools now? Those Milwaukee packet holders won't hold any of my drills, drivers or anything else :(
