    Pappu Chinta Chiguru (Tender Tamarind Leaves Dal) Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup toor dal (pigeon pea lentils)
    - 1 cup chinta chiguru (tender tamarind leaves), chopped
    - 1 onion, finely chopped
    - 2-3 green chilies, slit
    - 1 tomato, chopped
    - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    - Salt to taste
    - 2 cups water
    For tempering:
    - 2 tbsp oil or ghee
    - 1 tsp mustard seeds
    - 1 tsp cumin seeds
    - 2-3 dried red chilies
    - 1 sprig curry leaves
    - 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    - 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
    Instructions:
    1. *Prepare the Dal:*
    - Rinse the toor dal thoroughly and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
    - Drain the soaked dal and transfer it to a
    pressure cooker.
    - Add 2 cups of water, turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, and green chilies to the dal.
    - Pressure cook the dal for 3-4 whistles or until it is soft and fully cooked.
    - Once the pressure releases naturally, open the lid and mash the dal lightly.
    2. *Cooking with Chinta Chiguru:*
    - Add the chopped tender tamarind leaves (chinta chiguru) to the cooked dal.
    - Mixed well
