The outside lane is for overtaking not hogging, its a common problem for drivers on Basingstoke's ring road wanting to turn right off an up coming roundabout but unable to get over from the left because of some inconsiderate aggressive drivers on the right or as I saw earlier today some pillock weaving in and out only to be in the right hand lane then turning left forcing several cars to take evasive action. You drive aggressively, I hope you do learn from your own mistakes as quickly as you are to spot them in others.
Just because it's a 40mph road doesn't mean he has to do 40. Down the road from me the road crosses an unfenced common with cows on it. Single lane each way derestricted so 60mph if you mad enough. Wouldn't be much left if you hit a cow with you doing 60!
my old instructor was ex military, and he successfully drummed it into my head that i need to be driving at the speed limit. i failed plenty of his tests as in his eyes i was not driving to the speed limit. old habit thats hard to break.

Wouldn't be tailgating if scared of rain driver followed rukesans moved left when not overtaking. Basingstoke is full of arrogant drivers or drivers who need educating properly
The foul language is totally unacceptable. Undertaking at 68 mph in heavy rain is downright dangerous. The general standard of driving displayed lacks any form of anticipation. Road policing is sadly lacking these days, unfortunately

Whats this "undersepeeding?" The limits set on roads are a maximum speed, doesn't mean you have to be doing that speed.
I'm yet to meet a driver that's perfect and viewing your driving certainly illustrates that point.
