Really great video. Saved me from taking my 1.5 month old machine into the technician. I checked the floating thing and adjusted to the right position. My machine now senses the water level and orange light is back on. Thanks heaps :)

Thank you..based on this, looks I like the set up of single boiler devices were all exposed for easy access for PM and repair. I am currently still undecided if I go to HE or DB..but this kind of demo educate me a lot. Thank you very much

Are all the water pipes low or high pressure made out of copper? Any plastic pipes? Thanks

Mot often, high pressure are copper or stainless depending upon make and mdoel. There are poly tubes used under high pressure. Sorry, we are being general as we no longer carry ECM and they may have made changes.

Hi and thx for the video, i have an issue with my pump sometimes not pumping water and i think it might be blocked somewhere and needs to be cleaned. Not sure whether i could do it by myself as i don't know how easy it is and i don't wanna damage anything. Is there a guide or something you can advice? Greetings from Cologne Muhammet

The heating element won't burn out because it is off when the water level drops below the water level probe. The pump will kick in automatically.

Don’t agree he has a valid point steam will push water out quicker than the pump will refill
