she is technically the 2 strongest demon lord and 1 of the original 3. she has a great linage between her mom and her dad it was imposible she did not was born op.(read the novel for more info)

In the last volume milim is in a fight with velzard and are equal but velzard beat guy(was more a retire but guy was very hurt and velzart wad ok)

The reason Milim is so obsessed with the honey(and later on with Tempest itself) is because she's never really had proper cooking in her entire life. She has a group of followers in her territory known as the Dragon Faithful, and one of their teachings is that food is to be consumed in its most natural state. The concept of cooking doesn't even exist to them, which means that she's been fed salad for most of her life. The honey, as well as Tempest's other culinary innovations, are like a godsend to someone with a childish mind like Milim.

I first watched Tensura in the dub (then subbed in my rewatch), so when I heard the dubbed voice for Milim, I heard Kotori Itsuka from DAL (yes, I also watched DAL dubbed first before rewatching it subbed). There are many parallels to her and Kotori's white ribbon personality especially one in the future.
if you name a monster they take the shape their master 4subconsciously wants them to have. thats why most monsters rimuru named turn into more human like beings.
Milim is one of the strongest character of TenSura. She is currently Infinitly more power powerful then rimuru. Great sage couldn’t even measured her base forms power and said "minimum " 10 times more powerful.

@@cawcawTV Okay i know this comment is really late but there is an actual lore reason as to why the five lizardmen serving under Soei ended up more human like. You see, the way in which monsters evolve can be infulenced by different factors:
1) The desires of the monster itself; to use the lizardmen as an example Gabiru and the lizardmen serving under him have a lot of pride in their race and wanted bodies focused purely on combat. Because of this their evolutions didn't change their apearence that much instead giving them harder scales, better magic resistence, attacks like fire or lightning breath etc. His sister on the other hand had romantic feelings toward Soei wanting to be more attractive to him and in her and her subordinates roles as covert agents it;s easier for them to blend in if they look more human-like. This gave them skills like shadow movement, stealth, disguising themselves etc. So becuse of those diffrences in what and how they fight their evolutions took very diffrent directions.
2) The desires of the person who named them; if the person who named them wants the monster to evolve in a particular direction that can push them toward certain outcomes. An example of this is that the first Geld could have evolved into an Orc king (doesn't have the starved skill but maintains their sanity) or an Orc lord (has the starved skill but becomes more unstable and violent) but Gelmuds desires pushed him down the orc lord path.
3) External enviroment; things a monster is exposed to can change how they evolve. Exposure to the auras of certain powerful beings can cause monsters to mutate and go down evolution paths that normally wouldn't exist for them the "Tempest wolf" species for example is not a natural evoultion of dire-wolf it's a new mutated pathway caused by exposure to Rimuru and Veldora's auras. For spritual life forms like Angels, demons or sprits the type of phyisical bodies they possess as their hosts can make them evolve in diffrent directions that they normally wouldn't. When Shion got resurected in season 2 the whole coming back from the dead thing made her go down a diffrent evoltion path from the rest of the Kijin, the others evolved into "Mystic Oni" but she evolved into a "Wicked Oni".
How strong is she? Well this is her just playing.
