How do you MAKE 18 3's and still need OT to win? seems ISU got real LUCKY and did something that that rarely happens (18 3's in a game). KU is the better basketball school, but Prohm is a hell of a coach and recruiter. the class of '17 was made of shooters (Naz, Morris, Burton, Thomas) and they shot the fucking lights out. Sounds like someone is a salty KU fan here. I know ISU is in a transition year (as most schools are when they lose 4 of 5 starters) but they are turning it around. Hoiberg wasn't the best coach (he was just the "Golden Boy" in Ames). I'm not saying Hoiberg was bad, but Prohm is a better pure coach and recruiter for sure. KU has dominated the conference for years, but couldn't sweep the Clones the past few years. ISU put up a great fight in the Phog this year. I dont expect them to win at home but wouldn't say its out of the question. Babb and Jackson were gassed and Wiggington had a bad game, not to mention the soft calls against them. If the decisions go the Cyclones way and Wiggington can make a shot or two, the clones have as good of a chance as anybody to beat KU.
