I'll be honest I'm kinda in-disgust hearing that such expensive pro-units as this, or the 500i (possibly even the 661 it seems?), are "known for" problematic AV/suspension setups, that is just 100.0% unacceptable IMO, I'd LOVE to hear if you could tell me whether you suspect the echo 7310 to succumb to such problems? How about the 462? Those are basically "my choices" for next saw (if I cannot find a local machinist who can help me do a 590 powerhead w/ 440 top-end, have seen one of those that was pushing about 8HP which is nuts on a 14lbs powerhead in a woods-port configuration at least, which this one was!)
The spongy av systems are here to stay. "Mandated" by EU-OSHA. Operators are "allowed" to use the equipment for longer periods of time the lower the metered vibration signal is that gets telescoped through the handle bar & pistol grip. Thanks for watching.
