What type of tubing is that and where can one purchase it?
Simon makes some 3/16” tubing or 1/8” same thing. It’s just colored surgical tubing you can buy anywhere. All spinner shops carry it. High class Tackle and Simon are two that I know of.

The one I am using in this video is the standard version with the heavy duty forming die. It might be out of stock though it took me a couple months to finally get my hands on one.
