    If the sound is too stimulating, try the version with white noise.

    Firstly, thanks for this, my normal tinnitus relief wasnt working today, but this helped ALOT! Advise for anyone who reads this. Try listening to it just below your tinnitus volume, so you can hear both, it seem to quiet my tinnitus right down. Just what i needed.
    Thanks OP

      10 year anniversary now but I learned to cope with this. Your brain will filter it out after one or two years. you will find out that the more you focus or do research the worse it gets. These days a little bit increased levels after a long period of perceived silence. Sound therapy sometimes works for immediate relief. Long term healthy food, cranio, relaxation

    Your sound reduces my tinnitus from 70 to 95 % and it can last from some minutes to 2 or 3 hours, so thank you so much. I am going to try to heal my tinnitus with it. I cannot believe that I have to live with it forever.

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      I am glad to hear that it seems to lessen.
      It is said that about 70% of people who hear the sound of reduction for several months to a year will see improvement in the symptoms themselves, so take it easy and give it a try! I hope you get good results.

    • @chiarelliantoine
      @chiarelliantoine ปีที่แล้ว +2

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I've been making this kind of sound for about a year, but after half a year, it's almost inaudible. However, these are really individual differences, so the effect and period are reference examples.
      The risk of exacerbation of symptoms is not zero, so if you are unsure, we recommend that you consult a specialist before doing so.

    Thank you so much! I had tried other videos/sounds and this one helped me the most in the least amount of time. My 12k Hz tinnitus was super loud this morning and using this one for 30 minutes reduced the volume. If I keep at it, hopefully, will reduce it to the point it's no longer noticeable.

    I don´t know. Hz is definitely above my own Tinnitus Hz. It´s nice that i can´t hear my own Hz for some time. It´s a really high pitch and after listening to it for 20 minutes. My own Hz wasn´t pestering me for short time. I think it goes in the right direction but probably have to add something to be able to listen for a longer time to retrain my brain. Thanks for helping

      ¡Ánimo! Hay que echarle ganas. En cuanto a mi, tengo un poco de suerte porque el ruido ya no es tan fuerte como durante las primeras semanas, de hecho este video me permitía "bajar el nivel del volumen" de mi tinnitus hasta el nivel de mi tinnitus de hoy. Lo que significa que basicamente ya no puedo bajar más el volumen con este video. Al principio escuchaba un silbido, y ahora se parece más al ruido del gas de la cocina o de un elevador, pero parece que ya no está cambiando. Lo que mas me molesta es escucharlo desde la mañana, es algo que nunca nos deja en paz 😢

      I used to think that too.... "just try to ignore, or distract yourself from it", until I developed this new ring that is overlaid on top of my "normal" what I THOUGHT was bad, high voltage powerlines sounding tinnitus. It's a louder, higher pitched tinnitus that I can almost feel. Like it's drilling at the back of my head, in the notch where it attaches to my neck. You just can't ignore THIS tinnitus. You can't escape it. It literally drives-you-insane!
      Tinnitus One: "This is THE worst. The TV or radio must always be on to distract 24/7 it's so bad!"
      Tinnitus Two: *Grabbing power drill & toolbox* says, "Hold my beer!"

    Interesting. I cannot hear this sound at all -- no difference if I set the volume to max, and I hear no difference when I stop it. Tinnitus remained the same throughout.

    • @tinnitus_cure
      @tinnitus_cure  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If your family or friends can hear it, it indicates that the issue isn't with the device, which suggests you might have difficulty hearing sounds above 11kHz. It could be beneficial to have your hearing checked and to discuss with an ENT specialist to find approaches tailored to your hearing status. Consulting with them could provide valuable insights into your condition and potential solutions.

      It's not like it has the immediate power to completely cure tinnitus. However, listening to suitable sounds for a long period can help alleviate the symptoms. The duration and degree of the effect can vary greatly among individuals.

      This fall into the audio modulation category of tinnitus relief. The idea is to play sounds around YOUR tinnitus frequency to trick the brain into canceling all the sounds out when you stop. Some it will work for, some it will not. Tinnitus is very individualised, and what works for some will not work for others. Good luck with your life, and I hope you find something that does work.

      Tinnitus is a symptom that occurs when the brain tries to hear more of the frequencies it has difficulty hearing, which is why it is so bothersome in a quiet environment.
      The principle of this sound is to fool the brain by masking the hard-to-hear frequencies.
