What a cracking video Keith, I might have to get down there one year. Great Geese shots and mI know what you mean about you getting distracted because I am like that as you have probably seen lol. Anyway stay safe and I hope this second lock-down doesn't impact you too much.
Thanks Steve. Yes worth a visit when we are allowed out again. Looks like we will be keeping things local for now. I am thinking of maybe changing tack anyway and working on projects to get better quality but maybe less frequent videos. It can be difficult to keep up the rate of videos and make them interesting. Dilemma is I would not want to let my regulars down who seem to enjoy the weekly videos. Cheers Keith
@@KGsPhotography I know I want to figure out how to get better images too, and I am starting to struggle on content with not been able to go far. As for how often you can post I don't think your regulars would mind too much if you went to every 2 to 3 weeks I between videos, I know I wouldn't because I knnow that they will be great. 👍
I love your videos so much, I keep binge-watching them. I am a musician, and I am rather keen on the music you use. Btw, Summer Leys is an excellent reserve!
Hi Easher. I keep getting notifications of comments but when I go to read them they are not there. Sorry didn’t want you to think I was being rude not replying. Cheers Keith
Wow look at all those birds 1:58! Love the golden plover and avocet flocks as well. Added this place to my list next time I come home. Great video mate!
Hi Keith, Frampton is a superb place to visit, I haven’t taken my camera yet just walked around with binoculars in previous years. Go in December there will be even more wildfowl, i can see I’ll have the same dilemma what to photograph and where. Great video again.
Thanks Laurence. That sounds like a good idea to go again in December. I like the winter months when the sun is not so strong and you can get some great light. Cheers Keith
Another good video Keith . I'm not sure if I've been but it must be worth a trip. To be honest I would be grateful for local trip which can't happen currently. I thought I would mention back in June 2019 the rspb were doing trips from Boston into the wash. Thanks
Lovely video Keith, looks like a great spot to visit as most of the locations you show in your videos! A big congratulations on the 1200 subs! :) Well deserved, wish I could upload as frequent as you but the time just aren´t there.
Thanks Andy. Great place to visit and certainly plan to go back when the lockdown is over. Thanks for the congrats, growing slowly and looking forward to other projects it may generate. Like you time is an issue and have to say I am struggling with it at the moment. Feeling I am often rushing to produce videos and I am considering less frequent videos to try and improve the quality. I often dont feel they are the best they could be. Thanks again for your support mate, cheers Keith
@@KGsPhotography I feel you, it's a though decision to make, I like your videos because they feel so relaxed and you show different locations in every video (or atleast it seems). But I know the struggle to want to produce videos often and with quality! I think you will get it sorted out and it will work out perfectly for you! Cheers.
@@AndyGustavsson thanks mate really appreciate your feedback. I have a project I am working on which is pushing me to improve quality. I also went out this morning and because I did not pressurise my self to do a complete video really enjoyed it much more and felt i got better images. It will be interesting where things lead at the moment :-)
Another great video Keith. I felt your pain, Frampton is a great place to birdwatch but It's always beaten me for photos. Loads of species but all just a little too far away for my limited 400mm lens. Thanks for sharing.
Ha Ha Keith that made me smile it goes from one extreme to the other at times doesn't it, one minute you struggle to find anything then you go somewhere and it's like I don't know where to start first. I will be interested to see what happens in part two so until then take care and stay safe my friend.
Thanks Clive. Yes I just didn't know where to look first...lol My favourite images from this trip are in part 2 so look out for those. Stay safe my friend. Cheers Keith

another great video . what a location I love it . one day I will visit I often look at the hash tag page on instagram noticing some incredible images. good to see your keeping well .
Thanks mate. Definitely worth a visit and I will be returning when I get a chance. First time round you always spend more time scouting that productive photography. Cheers Keith
Hi KG, I have a pretty serious question to ask. I have my eyes set on a future career in wildlife photography, and I'd like to know how long it took you to get your high-end equipment? I've been doing photography for almost two years, and I definitely know how to work my camera, I just don't have the cash for the high-quality super-telephoto lenses and I am very lucky to own my Tamron 70-300. I missed out on an incredible opportunity to photograph a kingfisher due to me not having a long-enough focal length, and chromatic aberration is very noticeable when cropping in to try to fill the frame.
Hi Damian. If I am honest I don’t yet have the high end gear I would really like. I think it is one of those things with photography, there is always another lens or another body that takes your eye. I currently have the 5D IV with the 100- 400 mm and yes it is a great bit of kit so I shouldn’t complain. However my target is a 600 f4 or maybe a 400 f2.8 and I have recently been looking at the mirrorless options of the R5 and R6. Back to your original question, I have been interested in photography for many years but stopped for a while. Then about 4 years ago really got the bug again when a kind friend lent me a 100-400mm Canon lens to play with for a few hours while I was at the local nature reserve. So in effect it has taken me around 4 years to collect the kit I currently have for Wildlife photography but as I say haven’t stopped yet (just brought a nee tripod a few weeks ago). Thanks for watching my channel. Cheers Keith
This brought back memories-I was there with a friend last year in August. The number and variety of birds was staggering-we saw Spoonbills, Turtle Doves, and a rarity, a Buff Breasted Sandpiper (in addition to Common and Green Sandpiper)
Hi Ben. Yes well spotted and I think I have finally found one that I like. I get through tripods like there is no tomorrow. I really wanted a Gitzo but could not justify the expense. However this one is very similar and a lot cheaper. Seems well built and has no centre column which is what I wanted so I could get low down. Cheers Keith
I would really like to go to frampton i was planning to soon but now were faced with yet another lockdown. I heard there has recently been hen harriers and merlins about. Great video as always

Unfortunately as that is quite an old video I don't have a record of the song names. Sorry.
