  • In this video, I learn a bit more about the between races routine of Martin Stone, one of the very best Masters drivers in the nation, with Finals wins at both the SuperNationals and Rok the Rio in Las Vegas. Here I learn what he thinks of seat time, preparing for a major race, and race fitness, while his tuner, Doug Hubbs, discusses chassis set up for the Pro vs guys like me.
Fun Fact: Martin was McLaren F1 driver Lando Norris's karting mechanic back in the day! Lots of good info in a very short video!

Hey Richard, good on you! Yeah, it is a great workout and fun while you are doing it as well...when Martin told me that he does 125-150 laps in the afternoon/evening twice a week, I couldn't believe it. He has won Rok Vegas in VLR Masters and he won KA100 Masters at the Super Nationals last year, so clearly his program is super effective. Glad you enjoyed the video, we certainly had fun with it! Best of luck with your karting program, please let me know how it goes!
