After hearing her first 2 albums on Fantasy, which were straight-ahead jazz, I think she went backwards making this kind of music; I remember this song from the eighties I believe; I didn't care for it then and I don't care for it now. And yes I understand, when after making the real stuff, and it's not selling(and she's a hell of a pianist), you got to do what the labels tell you to-it doesn't mean it's stuff I have to listen to-or care for...I'm sorry but that's where I stand on the matter. 11-12-23.
